Security Guard Gets Noticed At Fashion Show. The Next Week, He Steals The Runway
London Fashion Week is a time when lots of very attractive people come together to show off how good they look. Designers bring in models and deck them out in their latest styles, selling the dream that anyone can look that good if they wear their brands. But at the September 2026 Simone Rocha show, the most beautiful models in the world were overshadowed by someone who was supposed to go unnoticed.
Soufian Boucetta, an amazingly handsome security guard, became the center of attention after an Instagram video showcased his perfect features with the comment, "Sorry Simone Rocha, the collection was amazing but the security guy ... had the girls and the gays staring!" The video spread across the internet, and by the time Boucetta got home from work, he was the hottest thing to come out of the event. While he didn't expect the job to turn him into the newest sensation, Boucetta admitted that it wasn't the first time his chiseled jawline had attracted gawkers, telling the New York Post, "I was standing there doing my job and a few people were looking at me, but I am used to this." Still, the viral reaction blew him away: "I went online, and I saw so many people posting me and the video, and I was shocked. After that video, it was crazy."
Once the video set the internet on fire, Boucetta was offered modeling contracts from some of the biggest names in the business. Before the month was out, he inked a deal with the London agency PRM and started building his portfolio. In the meantime, Boucetta is taking things in stride, feeling confident that, "Whatever comes is going to be good for me."
Soufian Boucetta has big hopes for his modeling future
Soufian Boucetta moved from Spain to the U.K. when he was 20 and began working in construction. From there, Boucetta started his job as a private security guard, where he has protected a few celebrities, including ultimate girl dad Dwayne Johnson, singer and entrepreneur Rihanna, and "Lanterns" star Aaron Pierre. Through it all, people told Boucetta that he could be a model. "I was always told that I had a good face, I was tall, and I was thin," he said to the New York Post. "In one day I would have 15 people come tell me that I am handsome and I have to be a model."
But it wasn't until the video of him at London Fashion Week went viral that he really thought modeling was possible. The whole journey has shocked not only him, but others as well, as Boucetta explained to the New York Post, "My family are surprised. My parents and friends are excited to see me going forward. I am exploring a new world and showing them how I model." It is still early days, and Boucetta is learning the tricks of the trade while sharing a few steamy shots on his Instagram, but the fashion world's new star already has high ambitions to work with some of the biggest brands, including Gucci and Diesel.
And while things are certainly moving fast, Boucetta's loving where things are headed, telling The Standard, "I was so happy, you know. New world, new people as well." Despite all the attention he's been getting, Boucetta seems to understand the truth of how difficult breaking into modeling can be, and he hasn't given up his day job just yet, but it doesn't seem like he'll need to work security much longer.
