Inside Lori Loughlin And Candace Cameron Bure's Relationship

Full House and its reboot, Fuller House, may have wrapped, but Candace Cameron Bure is still in touch with many of her co-stars. She may not keep in contact with the Olsen twins, but, for the most part, the cast still remains pretty tight. "Oh yeah, we are best friends," Bure once told Closer Weekly.

One former co-star Bure remains close to is Lori Loughlin, who played Aunt Becky on the show. The two have been spotted hanging out over the years, such as at a 2018 Golden Globes afterparty (via PopSugar). Bure and Loughlin even brought their daughters along to the event, so it seems like the two families may know each other pretty well.

Bure has stood by her friend, even when times have been hard. After Loughlin came under fire during the college admissions scandal, Bure expressed her support for her former co-star.

In 2019, Bure and fellow Full House alum Jodie Sweetin appeared on Today and were asked about the scandal, but refused to comment on the charges Loughlin then faced. "It's too personal to us," Bure said. "We would never want to talk about someone that's such a dear and close friend. I've already said that we are family, and we stand by each other and pray for each other, and we'll always be there for each other."

After Loughlin was sentenced to two months in prison for her role in the scandal, social media users said she should have gotten more time. While Bure again refrained from commenting publicly on the situation, she did make her support for Loughlin clear by responding to one such comment with a pensive face emoji (via People).

Bure also posted a positive message on Instagram, which may have been inspired by the negativity being directed towards her on-screen aunt. "Just a reminder to always lift up others... we could all use a little EXTRA encouragement these days," she wrote.
