Here's Why 90 Day Fiance Fans Think Paul And Karine Got Fired
It's becoming harder and harder for 90 Day Fiancé fans to keep up with Paul Staehle and Karine Martin's relationship. They spent an increasingly volatile summer fighting, exchanging restraining orders, and even making abuse allegations, with the couple subsequently neglecting to take part in the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Tell-All special. Paul and Karine fought back against claims their marriage was over, however, claiming their bond is stronger than ever.
The Hollywood Gossip reported that while Paul has yet to confirm the couple's reconciliation, he seemingly suggested they were spending time together again in early October, after the couple dismissed three different protective orders against each other. Paul even claimed that Karine never intended to make abuse allegations against him, and had simply been mistranslated by the person working for her. Regardless of what's going on at home, however, it seems the couple won't be appearing on the show that made them famous anymore.
Why are Paul and Karine no longer filming the hit show?
Taking to Instagram Stories for a lengthy post, Paul Staehle explained (via In Touch), "We were not fired or reprimanded. We were given time to deal with our family matters privately. Our payments and income was not affected. TLC and Sharp [Entertainment] have both been very considerate to our situation." The reality star added, "We highly appreciate them giving us time to deal with our private matters off camera. We are hopeful and eager to possibly return in the future in a more positive time in our growing family's lives."
Paul finished his post by promising to share more behind-the-scenes footage on their various social media channels. However, his wife is currently taking a break from social media due to the "extreme negativity" she's encountered there. Karine is pregnant with their second son, Ethan. The 90 Day Fiancé stars are currently living in Brazil with their first child, Pierre. TLC has yet to comment on the couple leaving the show, and it's likely they might not, but fans are speculating they were really axed following their tumultuous summer.
