Here's How Many Couples From Paradise Hotel Are Still Together

The reality show Paradise Hotel has had a pretty fascinating run. The show originally aired on Fox back in 2003, and was brought back for a single season in 2008 to mixed reviews (via The Wrap). The network rebooted the show again in 2019. The premise is similar to other reality shows about finding love: a group of glamorous singles live at an island hotel resort with the goal of staying on the island the longest. Each week, the singles pair off and are required to stay in the same hotel room together.

The decision to cancel the show following the 2019 season surprised a few people, but Fox's Alternative Chief Rob Wade explained to The Wrap that sometimes that's just show business. "There's only a certain amount of real estate you have on the network and I think it just felt like, while we loved the show, the point of that show was it was many, many hours."

Any fan of reality TV knows that the programming is inherently dramatic, so it might not surprise you to learn that the couples didn't last. The 2019 season started off with a bang, with two couples immediately hitting it off: David and Kendall and Tyler and Rosanna (via Feeling the Vibe). Of those two, David and Kendall really made an impression on a lot of viewers.

Are David and Kendall from Paradise Hotel still together?

David and Kendall were eliminated in episode six. Of course, fans of the couple will never forget what David told Kendall as she cried over their departure, "I already won the prize, no amount of money could compare" (via Feeling The Vibe).

While it's difficult to know for sure, it seems that David and Kendall have parted ways. Their Instagram accounts each seem to be devoted to their various pursuits; David works as an online fitness trainer and Kendall works as a model. To further burst the bubble, Kendall shared a photo of herself kissing another man on January 3 of this year.

David and Kendall aren't the only Paradise Hotel couple fans have been curious about! It turns out that Tyler and Rosanna also appear to have moved on. In October 2019, Tyler shared a photo of himself with a new woman, and Rosanna's Instagram account seems devoted to her various career pursuits.

It seems that while the show was entertaining, none of the couples from the 2019 reboot made a lasting impression on one another. Of course, the relationships are only part of the reason why people tune in. As host Kristin Cavallari told E! News, the big reason fans love the show is the drama. "It's incredibly dramatic, it's sexy, it's fun, there's so many twists and turns that as a viewer, you're just going to be on the edge of your seat the entire time."
