The Adam McKay sci-fi comedy has a star-studded cast, which has left so many intrigued by this film. The film, which will feature Chalamet alongside a number of Hollywood's most famous faces, caused a stir when it appeared in Netflix's preview of 2021 releases

Eagle-eyed fans noticed Leonardo DiCaprio opposite Jennifer Lawrence in the 11 seconds the film was featured for. DiCaprio was sporting a fuller face than usual, with a neck beard to match. Also set to appear in the film are Meryl Streep, Chris Evans, Cate Blanchett, Ron Perlman, Himesh Patel, Matthew Perry, Jonah Hill, Kid Cudi, and Ariana Grande. The film follows two everyday astronomers who happen to discover a massive asteroid headed for Earth. Warning the world of the danger ahead won't be as easy as discovering it, they quickly learn (per L'officiel).

Chalamet has also gone under quite a transformation for his role. The Daily Mail spotted hair stylist Patricia Dehaney adding extensions to Chalamet's iconic hair to fill out a mullet. The character, whose name is Quentin per IMDb, is wearing camouflage pants with a matching hat, combat boots, and a green and orange puffer jacket with "Florida United Methodist Camps" on a patch on one side. Chalamet was also wearing a face shield, which is one of several measures used to keep people safe on set.

Later that evening, fans spotted Chalamet and Lawrence filming a scene together in the streets of Boston. Chalamet seems to be enjoying the shooting locale, as he shared a video of falling snow over Boston on Wednesday in an Instagram Story. He also added in some of Danny Elfman's score from Edward Scissorhands, proving his millennial cool-kid status is as in-tact as ever.
