Justin And Hailey Bieber Just Sold Their House With All Their Furniture — Here's Why

Justin and Hailey Bieber have been happily married for over a year, but have recently decided to move on to greener pastures. The couple recently sold their 6,132-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion for $7.955 million after purchasing it for $8.5 million in 2018 (via People). But the lucky buyer got more than they could ever bargain for — as in, all of the Biebers' incredible furniture. The pair reportedly sold their five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home with all of their decor thrown in, and we just know we would freak out if we got to watch Netflix every day on Justin Bieber's couch!

The Biebers' first home together was nicknamed "The Tropics," a sprawling property that mixed both old Hollywood glam and the California style Hailey is known for. But after just a few months, it seemed the pair were already getting tired of their home — the singer even offered to sell it on Instagram. Captioning a photo of his gray-blue couch and fur throw, Bieber wrote, "I think I want to sell my home in Beverly Hills who wants it ... I'll sell it with all the furniture. MAKE AN OFFER."

So now that the fully-furnished home is sold, what is the new owner getting? Apart from all of the Biebers' decor, they will enjoy white-oak floors, two fireplaces, a poolside patio, and a screening room just like the one at the Beverly Hills Hotel (via Architectural Digest). Rounded out with a zero-edge swimming pool, the new resident is sure to be very happy.

The couple is moving on to bigger and better things

The decision to part ways with the barely-lived-in home was a surprise to all, but the reason behind the move was to move on to bigger (and more expensive) things. According to Variety, Hollywood's golden couple purchased a $25.8 million Beverly Park mansion back in August 2020, which comprises seven bedrooms and a whopping ten bathrooms. The 11,145 square foot home is almost double the size of their last home, and the Biebers will be in good company with neighbors like Sofia Vergara and Denzel Washington.

The Biebers are notorious for their love of privacy, and their new home will give them what they always wanted. Located in a guard-gated community, their new estate will keep them safely hidden away from prying eyes and paparazzi. Plus, the new amenities aren't half bad either: the two-and-a-half acre mansion includes a spa-style bath, home gym, movie theater, infinity pool, and a full-size tennis court. Yeah, we could get used to that, too!
