What We Know About Kris Jenner's Beauty Brand
Between the runaway success of Kylie Cosmetics and the popular shimmers and golds of KKW Beauty, the Kardashian/Jenner clan have the market somewhat cornered on celeb-backed beauty products. But apparently, two lines of cosmetics and skincare aren't enough for this family dynasty; People reports that the matriarch of the famous family, Kris Jenner, has trademarked "Kris Jenner Beauty," "Kris Jenner Skin," and "Kris Jenner Skincare," all possible names for a yet-to-be-announced new product line.
In trademark paperwork filed on February 10, 2021, Jenner mentioned multiple products that such a future line might include, like cosmetics, nail products, skincare, fragrances, fake eyelashes, and hair care products. While Kris hasn't publicly commented on these filings and has yet to make any type of formal announcement of an impending launch, her daughters' success in the industry could bode well for a line that could, we speculate, be geared toward a more mature audience.
The 'momager' has a bevy of experience
Both Kim Kardashian West and Kylie Jenner have sold portions of their beauty brands to major conglomerate Coty Inc. for millions of dollars, and it is generally believed that Kris was the "mastermind" behind these deals (via Fashionista). Kris has also been instrumental in different products and projects launched by each line, for instance, the creation of KKW x Kris perfume in collaboration with KKW Fragrance and a special Mother's Day palette and lipstick for Kylie Cosmetics in 2019.
Kris is highly business-minded, and along with Kim and Kylie's beauty brands, she supported her other daughters in their respective ventures, including Khloe's clothing company Good American, Kourtney's lifestyle website Poosh, and Kendall's recently-launched tequila brand (via People). It's clear Kris has been an incredible "momager" of her daughters, so we can't help but wonder what sort of powerhouse she would be running her very own brand.
