Andy Samberg's Net Worth Is More Than You Think

Ever since the early 2000s, Andy Samberg has been making people laugh and making us wonder what moisturizer he uses to stay so young looking. Seriously, how is he in his 40s?

Growing up, Samberg would create humorous sketches with his neighborhood buddies. In 2001, he and his two best friends, Jorma Taccone and Akiva Schaffer, started digital comedy shorts, called The Lonely Island (via Biography). Because of the increasing popularity of the shorts, Jimmy Fallon introduced the friends to Saturday Night Live creator Lorne Michaels. From there, Andy Samberg became a regular actor on SNL from 2005 to 2012.

In June 2012, Andy Samberg announced he was leaving SNL to pursue other ventures, according to E! OnlineAnd one such venture became the wildly successful Brooklyn Nine-Nine. He's stated in an interview that playing Jake Peralta is like a dream job: "I'm happy to do it, for as long as everyone wants to make it. It's a dream job for me" (via Collider). But of course, that's not all for this hilarious actor. In the late 2000s, he starred in certified-fresh cult classics like Hot Rod and I Love You, Man (via Rotten Tomatoes).

Now, thanks to all of his hard work and many projects, Andy Samberg's net worth comes around to $20 million — and this includes earning a whopping $125,000 per episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Andy Samberg has achieved huge success and has the home to prove it

Adding to his massive wealth, Samberg also voiced a few characters on the Cartoon Network hit Adventure Time. He's behind beloved characters such as Johnny in the Hotel Transylvania series, Party Pat in Adventure Time, and Junior in Storks (via IMDb). While we don't know the exact numbers earned from all of his voice acting work, the Hotel Transylvania series has been a whopping success by bringing in over $1 billion in the box office (via The Numbers). Most recently, Samberg starred in the Golden Globe-nominated film, Palm Springs, where he played carefree bachelor, Nyles.

One of Samberg's biggest purchases to date is likely the mansion he shares with his wife, Joanna Newsom. According to Curbed Los Angeles, the couple purchased a four-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion that spans over 6,000 square feet. They paid around $6.25 million dollars for the Moorcrest Estate — and the name alone is straight out of an Agatha Christie novel.

We're sure they sky is the limit for Samberg, with future projects undoubtedly enriching both his fans — and himself.
