Chrissy Teigen Is Still Embarrassed By This Hilarious Moment
Chrissy Teigen has never been afraid of brutal honesty, and even enjoys a joke at her own expense. That was made clear in a recent story she shared about a moment that she's still embarrassed by to this day.
Teigen opened up about the awkward situation on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon when Fallon asked about her best celeb encounter. Teigen replied, "God, I think it was after the Golden Globes... I was drinking a lot and I saw somebody at the entrance holding a glass of champagne, so I just went up and I took it and I said 'thank you.'"
As it turned out, though, the person she thought was a waiter was actually a celebrity drinking his own glass of champagne. It was Teigen's husband, John Legend, who broke the news of her faux pas; Teigen was mortified when she learned that she had just taken the drink from Michael Keaton.

Teigen continued, "God, I'm so embarrassed by it still, I could die... I took it, I drank it, and I left."
Of course, thinking the Beetlejuice star was serving her champagne isn't the only mortifying moment Teigen has experienced. Teigen has opened up about embarrassing moments before. Last December, she took to social media and shared what she views to be a particularly humiliating experience. "To me, the most embarrassing thing in entire entire entire entire entire entire entire entire entire world, as in I wanna melt into a puddle and down a drain into the ocean then boiled into steam and blown into the atmosphere, is calling someone by the wrong name," she tweeted.
She added that she herself doesn't mind being called the wrong name, though, writing, "Meanwhile if any of us, any of us!, were called by the wrong name, WE WOULD NOT CARE? I can't imagine caring."
