Taking to Instagram, the singer shared a photo of a breathtaking floral arrangement alongside a heartfelt caption that read, "When your bf sends you all the flowers in Rome for your birthday. I love you honey. I can't wait to be home with you and our dogs, that's all I need."

Elsewhere, the likes of Elton John, Tony Bennett, and Donatella Versace also sent Lady Gaga (real name Stefani Germanotta) birthday wishes online. "Tanti auguri Gaga!!!!! You inspire me and so many millions of others. I am honored to call you my friend. Today, I am celebrating you like a true little monster," Versace shared on Instagram.

Lady Gaga and boyfriend Michael Polansky are completely smitten

Lady Gaga and boyfriend Michael Polansky were first romantically linked back in 2019 when the pair reportedly celebrated New Year's Eve together in Las Vegas (via Metro). A couple of months later in February 2020, the lovebirds confirmed their relationship on Instagram with a caption that read, "We had so much fun in Miami. Love to all my little monsters and fans, you're the best!"

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight last year, a source revealed the "Bad Romance" singer had fallen hard for her new man, adding that the chemistry between the two is undeniable. "She wasn't expecting to get so involved so quickly after her last relationship, but she started telling her friends she was completely in love with him. Anyone that has spent any time with them can see the connection. They are completely smitten. Her friends haven't seen her this happy in years. It didn't take long for her friends to adore him too," the source commented.

Following the honeymoon phase of their relationship, Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky still appear to be going strong, and the couple have spent much of the past year cooped up together at home in lockdown (via Metro).
