Witherspoon and her styling team selected dangling diamond earrings and chunky rings from Bulgari and Stalvey, along with a thin, black Christian Dior belt featuring a gold CD buckle. One Twitter user was quick to comment on the belt, writing, "Not sure what that dangling thing on Reese Witherspoon's dress is. Maybe it's a rip cord for a parachute so she can jettison out of this show."

Whether the majority of viewers disliked Witherspoon's dress or not, the star seemed very happy with her look and completely unbothered.
