People have been in love with Cara Delevingne for over a decade. She turned heads during the Burberry fashion show during London's fashion week in 2011 (via Harper's Bazaar), and has been taking the world by storm ever since. At the age of 16, Delevingne – who's had a stunning transformation — dropped out of school to get into modeling, like her sister Poppy Delevingne, according to a biography about her. Soon after, she worked with designers like Marc Jacobs and Oscar de la Renta to name a few (via Models). In her later years on the scene, she decided to go down other paths such as acting, and starred in films like "Suicide Squad" and "Paper Towns." She also released a LGBTQ Young Adult novel, "Mirror Mirror," and opened her own sex toy shop (via The Famous People and Cosmopolitan).

Along with being a quadruple threat, she's an LGBTQ icon and is extremely open with her sexual identity. She openly identifies as pansexual, and has been in a few star-studded relationships (via Variety).

Cara Delevingne's first tattoo was a lion finger tattoo

The year 2013 commenced Cara Delevingne's tattoo collection. Delevingne's first tattoo surged finger tattoo popularity, as she got a detailed lion on her finger from artist Bang Bang. When asked about her first tattoo, she responded in an interview with NOW Toronto,"I'm a Leo. It's the first tattoo I got. I grew up being fearless in everything." Soon after, she inked her hand again with her initials, CJD.

Not even three months later, Delevingne got the tattoo, "Made in England," done — the ink has deep meaning to her. "You're looked through, you're not looked at, you are treated as a kind of mannequin. I got a tattoo saying 'Made in England' above my foot to represent that, that I felt like a doll for so long" (via Mirror).

In addition, Delevingne got the word "Pandora" tattooed on her arm — which is her mother's name — a diamond on her ear, the word "Silence" on her wrist, a small red heart outline on her pinky, the roman numeral XII for her birth date, stars on her ear, and the line, "Don't Worry, Be Happy" under her breasts (via Steal Her Style).

Cara Delevingne has a few matching tattoos

In 2014, Cara Delevingne went back to tattoo artist Bang Bang for a few more tattoos, and got a matching "DD" tattoo with her best friend, Jourdan Dunn. In 2016, Delevingne got a matching tattoo with former co-star Margot Robbie, who inked the tattoo on her on the set of "Suicide Squad." Along with matching tattoos, Delevingne got a tattoo in honor of her late grandmother, a unique elephant tattoo on her arm (via BodyArtGuru).

Delevingne has matching tattoos, homage tattoos, and even some that may be dedicated to past girlfriends. Next to her heart finger tattoo is the initials "AC" which fans speculated was for her girlfriend at the time, St. Vincent, whose real name is Annie Clark. And in 2019, she got an "A" on her arm, which fans also speculate was dedicated to her former girlfriend, Ashley Benson (via Steal Her Style).

Cara Delevingne has multiple white ink tattoos

In addition to all the tattoos that we know a bit about, Cara Delevingne has a few tattoos that have never been commented on, like the wasp tattoo on her finger, a "coat of arms with a D" tattoo from Dr. Woo, a geometric flower tattoo on the back of her head, and a snake design on her hand (via Steal Her Style).

Delevingne hasn't commented on a lot still, but she has some insanely unique tattoos. In 2014, she got a sak yant tattoo on her back, very similar to Angelina Jolie's, which was done with a bamboo needle. She got the word "Bacon" on her foot and when asked why, she said, "Bacon is love to me. Bacon will always love me back. It's unconditional" (via Mirror).

Delevingne also has a few white inked tattoos, such as the words "Breathe deep" on her arm, a dove on her finger, and five white dots on her ribs (via BodyArtGuru).

To round out the list, Delevingne has two tattoos that are very unlike the rest, including a colorful circle of artwork by Emil Lundgren featuring a woman, tiger, and a landscape and a tattoo on her back of a pair of eyes (via BodyArtGuru).
