Inside Carrie Ann Inaba's Breakup With Her Boyfriend

"Dancing With the Stars" judge and "The Talk" co-host Carrie Ann Inaba has revealed that her relationship with her boyfriend has ended, according to Us Weekly. She announced back in September on an episode of "The Talk" that she was dating Fabien Viteri (via Daily Mail), but it wasn't to last, as the couple have now ended things. The television personality took to Instagram to share the news, writing that "I am single. Again. I am also ... Grateful for what was" on her story.

She's been active on social media since announcing her split, with the Hawaii-born Inaba, who has Chinese, Japanese and Irish ancestry (via People), going back on Instagram to share a selfie to mark Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month after sharing the sad news of her breakup. Carrie Ann Inaba expanded on her split from ex-boyfriend Fabien Viteri by saying that "Sometimes the things you thought were forever end up only being temporary. Finding the strength to accept that it's over is enormously painful ... Losing your friend ... Losing the hopes and dreams ... Your partner ... The person you shared everything with .. Your person ... Your love. It's hard" (via Us Weekly).

"It was real. True love. And I'm so sad it's over. But I'm grateful it happened. So very grateful," continued the star, who's currently taking a break from "The Talk." The exact reasons for the breakup are unknown, but it's thought that the pair are still on good terms, Inaba posting pictures of them together on her Instagram story (via Entertainment Tonight). Before Viteri, Inaba had previously been in relationships with the likes of dancer Artem Chigvintsev (via People), Jesse Sloan (via People) and actor Robb Derringer (via ABC News).
