Per Cosmopolitan, Gaga moved on in 2017 and began dating talent agent Christian Carino. The pair got engaged in October 2018. However, in early 2019, the former couple called it quits. Speaking shortly after the split, a source revealed to Us Weekly that Carino "didn't treat Gaga very well toward the end of their [two-year] relationship."
As Elle reported, the Academy Award-winner was spotted with entrepreneur Michael Polansky in late 2019, and, in January 2020, Gaga confirmed the pair were officially an item on Instagram.
