The Truth About Minka Kelly And Wilmer Valderrama's Relationship
Wilmer Valderrama may have welcomed his first child, daughter Nakano Oceana Valderrama, with fiancée Amanda Pacheco earlier this year (via People), but just a few years ago, the actor was known as one of Hollywood's most eligible bachelors. And, among the many musicians and actresses he wooed was Minka Kelly.
In March 2012, following Valderrama's breakup from singer Demi Lovato and Kelly's split from baseball great Derek Jeter, the couple was first linked to one another after reportedly being spotted making out in a club in Hollywood. Then, the following month, as The Cut revealed, the pair faced drama from Lovato after vacationing together in Australia.
As fans may recall, Lovato tweeted lyrics from Taylor Swift's "Dear John," which spoke of someone "too young" to be messed with and mentioned "twisted games" (via Genius), after learning of Valderrama and Kelly's trip.
While Valderrama and Kelly eventually broke up, with Valderrama returning to Lovato, their relationship wasn't over. In 2016, after Kelly was linked to Sean Penn, they seemingly rekindled their romance.

Us Weekly revealed in a report in 2016 details of a date night between Wilmer Valderrama and Minka Kelly at the end of August of that year, stating that the two actors had reunited for dinner at a Thai restaurant in Hollywood after about a month of dating.
"Wilmer was a gentleman and picked up the tab to pay for their food," an insider told E! News. "[Minka and Wilmer] did have a late dinner at Palms Thai together last night. They sat across from each other and it was just the two of them. I didn't personally see if they were holding hands or if they were being affectionate, but it looked like a date. They looked casual and relaxed."
Although Valderrama and Kelly seemed to be back at it, another insider confirmed to Us Weekly just days later that the couple "stopped dating" after their brief reunion.
