Here's what Simon Guobadia has said about his love life

As The Sun reported, Simon Guobadia became engaged to Porsha Williams just a couple of weeks after his break-up with his now ex-wife Falynn. Confirming their divorce on Instagram in April 2021, Falynn wrote, "After two years of marriage and 5 years of friendship, Simon and I have made the difficult decision to go our separate ways."

In his own social media statement regarding the divorce, Simon also explained to fans that he and Falynn had made the "mutual decision" to end their marriage. "Despite our willingness to be transparent, we respectfully ask for privacy at this time. Thank you," he added (via The Sun).

Announcing her new relationship with Simon in the wake of his divorce, Williams also took to Instagram to clarify that she had "nothing to do with their divorce filing," adding, "That's between the two of them... Falynn and I are not friends."

Per Entertainment Tonight, Falynn eventually commented publicly on her divorce and Simon's subsequent engagement to Williams in an interview with Adam Newell in June 2021. During the sit-down, Falynn revealed that she doesn't hold her former "RHOA" co-star responsible for her marriage breakdown. "Simon and I were the ones who are married to one another, we're the ones who created a family together and built a life with one another. I blame the both of us," she explained.
