Jennifer Lawrence Has Exciting Family News

Jennifer Lawrence is one of America's sweethearts. The actress has won over the hearts of her fans in films such as "The Hunger Games," "Silver Linings Playbook," "American Hustle," and many more (via IMDb). The actress, 31, has garnered the adoration of millions of fans worldwide, who were there to support her when she began dating New York-based art deal Cooke Maroney. The couple was first linked in the spring of 2018, per Cosmopolitan. Sources told People that the duo first began dating in May of that year. Shortly after, they were spotted showing off some PDA. "They looked very comfortable. She is smiling like I have never seen her do with any of her previous boyfriends," a source said of the pair's romantic outing.

Less than a year after they began dating, Lawrence and Maroney confirmed their engagement via the actress' representative. The couple walked down the aisle on October 19, 2019 during a star-studded ceremony, which included famous guests such as Emma Stone, Kris Jenner, Sienna Miller, and Cameron Diaz. The bride wore a Dior gown and reportedly partied with her loved ones until the early hours of the morning as she celebrated her nuptials.

Now, Lawrence has another big milestone to celebrate as she and her husband have announced that they're expanding their family.

Jennifer Lawrence and her husband Cooke Maroney are expecting their first child

Jennifer Lawrence is gearing up for her most important role yet — motherhood. The Oscar-winning actress has confirmed that she and her husband, Cooke Maroney, are expecting their first child together. The couple announced the happy baby news via the actress' rep, per Page Six. It seems that the couple may decide to be a bi-coastal family as Lawrence and Maroney currently reside in Manhattan, where they're regularly spotted walking the streets during their outings. However, they also own a home in Beverly Hills, where they may stay when Lawrence needs to be in California for work.

For her part, Lawrence has publicly gushed over her husband, calling him "the greatest human being I've ever met" back in June 2019, per People. "He really is, and he gets better," the "Hunger Games" alum added during an interview on the "Naked with Catt Sadler" podcast. "This is the one, I know that sounds really stupid but he's just, he's — you know. He's the greatest person I've ever met, so I feel very honored to become a Maroney," Lawrence added.

Fans are very excited for Lawrence and Maroney as they embark on the next chapter of their lives together, and can't wait to find out more details about the couple's new little bundle of joy as they are made available.
