Ed Sheeran stands at 5'8” (via Indy100), just one inch below the average height for men in the U.K. (via The Telegraph). This makes him smaller than a number of his famous pals, including Taylor Swift, who stands at around 5'11”, something that Swift has poked fun at previously — in a video on Instagram, she jokingly accused him of "peacocking," or making himself look bigger, in her presence (via Indy100).
Sheeran might not be the tallest guy around, but he's still around average height, and it's certainly not impacted his career success — or his personal life, for that matter. Per VeryCeleb, his wife Cherry Seaborn is two inches smaller than he is, while the two have a daughter together, Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran, who was born last August (via People). His experience of fatherhood so far has influenced his upcoming fifth album "=" which is set to be released at the end of October 2021 (via Variety).
