Although Olympios didn't make it to the finale of Viall's season, she definitely stole the show during Season 21 of the popular dating series (via The Hollywood Reporter). After the season aired, the reality star opened up about her thoughts on how she was portrayed. "Watching it back, I think I'm funny. I actually laugh really hard at myself," she told Ellen DeGeneres. "I was a little bit more promiscuous than I thought I would look," she admitted.
After exiting "The Bachelor," Olympios then signed on for the show's spinoff, "Bachelor in Paradise." However, controversy followed her after she and another star, DeMario Jackson, were said to have taken things too far after a day of drinking. There were allegations of "misconduct" reported, and production was shut down while an investigation took place. The investigation found that no misconduct had occurred, and the show ultimately resumed filming. However, Olympios and Jackson didn't return (via Entertainment Tonight).

The entrepreneur went on to start her very own clothing line called Team Corn based on her nickname. She collaborated on the collection with Riot Society. The line includes t-shirts that include sayings such as her famous catchphrases from her time on "The Bachelor." In addition to her clothing line, Olympios has also reportedly performed at comedy clubs and even signed with a production company in hopes of one day realizing her dream of being a television host.
She's also been looking for love. Olympios previously dated a man named Jon Yunger. The couple hit it off and even got engaged. However, they called it quits after just three months together. She later began dating Vincent Fratantoni, per Us Weekly. The couple were together for nearly two years before announcing their split in September 2021. "We broke up about two months ago. I wish her nothing but the best," Fratantoni told the outlet. "I don't wish anything bad about her and [I] don't have anything bad to say about her." Sources admitted that the pair were simply too different. "They weren't meant to be. He's a more private person. She's more out there and is best fitted for reality TV," the insider dished.
