Love Island USA Season 4 - Here's What We Can Tell Fans So Far

Spoiler alert! Stop reading if you haven't watched "Love Island USA" Season 3.

Chances are, you or someone you know has seen at least one season of "Love Island USA." Based on the successful British TV series of the same name, the summer series heats up the screen by relocating hot singles to a luxurious villa, with the intent of creating love connections by pairing them up in a "selection ceremony." The reality dating series offers twists and turns through the season by bringing in new singles and eliminating contestants. And of course, the singles bring their own entertaining drama (via CBS).

Once a match is made, the couple will try to remain together and not be tempted by newly arriving singles, and if they can do that while capturing the hearts of the voting audience, they might just win the grand prize of $100,000 (via The Hollywood Reporter).

The steamy Season 3 ended with fans deeming their favorite sexy couple, Olivia Kaiser and Korey Gandy, the winners (via People). The couple received the grand prize of $100,000. And with another successful season wrapped up, fans are already hoping for a Season 4.

When will Love Island USA Season 4 be released?

As of now, there isn't an official confirmed renewal or cancellation for "Love Island USA." However, we are leaning more toward a renewal. If you didn't see the promo aired by CBS during "Big Brother," Monsters and Critics reveals that the little snippet stated that "Love Island USA" is accepting applications for Season 4. This leads us to believe it's a go, but until an official announcement is made, we will wait with bated breath.

You might recall that Season 3 of "Love Island USA" was not announced until January when the show's Instagram account posted the confirmation. The caption read "I GOT A TEXT ... Love Island is BACK for Season 3 and this time we're saying aloha to Hawaii."

We'll be keeping an eye on those social media accounts (and possibly re-watching the first three seasons on CBS and Paramount+).

Who will be in the cast of Love Island USA Season 4?

As of now, we don't know who the cast will be for a new season of "Love Island USA." As stated above, CBS is now accepting applications (apply here), so perhaps we will see you on the show (providing you are 18 or older, of course)!

Viewers can expect lots of diverse, sexy singles back for Season 4, but Screen Rant shares that fans would like to see a better-vetted cast. The audience immediately fell in love with some late-comers to Season 3, including Wes Ogsbury and Alana Paolucci, and Screen Rant speculates that a new cast should include contestants with more reality TV superstar stamina.

In addition to the participants, charismatic and comedic narrator, Matthew Hoffman may return. It's also anticipated that the show's host with the most, the sassy Arielle Vandenberg, will return for a fourth season.

New details about Love Island USA Season 4

Until an announcement drops confirming a new season of "Love Island USA," we don't know where the sexy singles will be heading, and that makes everyone clueless as to what fun dates, excursions, or even the atmosphere will be like.

Monsters and Critics reports that one question on the application for Season 4 refers to having a passport, which leads us to believe the show might film on an island outside of U.S. territory. But again, until the announcement is made we cannot be sure, especially considering the COVID-19 pandemic isn't over.

"Love Island USA" Season 4 is sure to include romantic connections, drama, new friendships, and plot twists. While we don't anticipate extreme changes to the show, Screen Rant speculates that a few tweaks would benefit the audience and the show. A longer season, for example, would give fans more time to connect with the cast, which may allow for better decision-making when it comes to choosing who is crowned the winning couple. "Love Island USA" is a one-month season, as opposed to its inspiration, "Love Island UK," which a 60-day season (per Screen Rant).
