Rachel Ray Held This Important Title For The First Time At Anne Burrell's Wedding

Celebrity Chef Anne Burrell met Stuart Claxton on dating app Bumble in 2018 (via Page Six). The pair later quarantined together during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and became engaged in 2020. On October 16, 2021, Claxton and Burrell wed in the latter's hometown of Cazenovia in upstate New York. Burrell donned a beautiful gown designed by Caroline Herrera. She told People, "I've loved Carolina Herrera forever because I feel like she knows how to dress real women. You don't have to be a stick figure, which I'm clearly not, but it still makes you feel beautiful and dreamy."

The 52-year-old traveled down the aisle in a horse and carriage at the Windridge Estates Redbarn 20. Waiting at the alter were Claxton's best man and son Javier, as well as Burrell's four bridesmaids, which included her sister, Jane, as well as beloved chef Rachel Ray. While this was Ray's first time as a bridesmaid, judging by Burrell's big smile on her wedding day, the "Rachel Ray Show" host nailed it.

Anne Burrell had a special idea for her bridesmaids dresses

Before walking down the aisle, Anne Burrell shared an Instagram photo with her four bridesmaids. She captioned the post, "My beautiful bridesmaids!! I feel so grateful to have such an AMAZING group of smart, strong, funny, and just AMAZING people around me. I am truly a #luckygirl !!!" The bridesmaids wore orange A-line style dresses that hit right below their knees. In an interview with People, Burrell revealed that she had these dresses custom-made because it was hard to find exactly what she wanted. She explained, "I was looking around at bridesmaids dresses and everything just sort of seemed shapeless, and pastels. And I'm like, 'That's not really my jam."

The "Cook Like a Rock Star" author also shared that each dress has a tulle lining underneath the skirt in a different color. She said, "We'll only see that though when they're sitting down, or when they're dancing. So we'll see that little pop of color, and each one is individual."

Judging by Burell and Stuart Claxton's beautiful wedding photos, the bride's special day was full of joy and love.
