Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker took a huge step in their relationship when they got engaged over the weekend. The Blink 182 drummer reportedly got down on one knee and popped the question to the reality star on the beach in Montecito, California. "It happened during the sunset at Rosewood Miramar," a source told E! Online of the proposal. "They had just got back from NYC and decided to do a day trip to Montecito. Kourtney thought it was going to be a casual day, as they always go to Rosewood, and she was totally thrown off." The insider also revealed that her sisters Khloé and Kim were also there to share her big moment, as well as her mother, Kris Jenner. "They were all in on it and surprised them afterwards inside the hotel. They are all celebrating in the restaurant and have a private area," a source dished.
Us Weekly notes that cameras were rolling during the proposal, which was filmed for the family's upcoming reality series that's set to air on the streaming site Hulu. "Travis spent forever getting the details right," an insider told the magazine. "Kourtney was very surprised at the timing. They both have talked about their wedding and engagement before but Kourtney was very surprised."
While Kardashian and Barker are still celebrating their engagement, they may already know exactly what kind of wedding they want to have.

According to E! Online, Travis Barker put a ring on Kourtney Kardashian's finger over the weekend. However, the pair had been talking about the possibility of getting married for some time. In fact, they already have a basic idea of what they want their wedding to look like. "This is a huge deal for her," an insider told the outlet. "They want to do the whole big traditional wedding ceremony and everything, and have already talked about it." It seems that the couple may want to go all out for the ceremony and reception as this will be Kardashian's first time walking down the aisle. The Poosh founder was previously in a long-term relationship with Scott Disick, with whom she shares three children, Mason, Penelope, and Reign. However, the two were never engaged or married, per Elle.
For his part, Barker has been married twice (via Meaww). He was previously wed to real estate broker Melissa Kennedy from 2001 until 2002 before tying the knot with model Shanna Moakler in 2004. The couple called it quits in 2008 and share two children together, daughter, Alabama, and son, Landon.
Fans are now hoping that the third time will be the charm for Barker, who appears to have swept Kardashian off her feet.
