Donald Trump Reveals What He Really Thinks About Meghan Markle

In a recent interview with British broadcaster Nigel Farage, Donald Trump opened up about Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex. It wasn't the first time Trump let out his true feelings about Markle: After her interview with Oprah Winfrey, the former president reportedly said (via Deadline) that she was "no good ... and now everybody is seeing it."

When there were reports that Markle may have political aspirations, such as running for president, Trump responded by saying (via Fox News), "I hope that happens, because if that happened, then I think I'd have an even stronger feeling towards running."

And Markle doesn't seem to be a fan of his, either. The royal family is supposed to remain impartial on subjects such as these, but, in 2016, the actress touched upon the topic while on "The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore."

"Yes, of course, Trump is divisive," she said (via Independent). "Think about just female voters alone. I think it was in 2012, the Republican Party lost the female vote by 12 points. That's a huge number, and with as misogynistic as Trump is and so vocal about it, that's a huge chunk of it."

She added: "You're not just voting for a woman if it's Hillary because she's a woman but certainly because Trump has made it easy to see that you don't really want that kind of world that he's painting."

For his part, Trump had even more to say about Markle.

'I'm not a fan of hers,' Donald Trump says about Meghan Markle

In a recent interview, Donald Trump opened up even more about Meghan Markle, sharing his thoughts on how he thinks she has treated the royal family, per the Daily Mail.

"I'm not a fan of hers," he said. "I wasn't from day one. I think Harry has been used horribly, and I think some day, he will regret it. I think Harry's been used and been used terribly. I think it's ruined his relationship with his family, and it hurts the Queen."

Trump spoke highly of Queen Elizabeth, saying he was raised to respect the royal family — a viewpoint that apparently the Duchess of Sussex doesn't subscribe to, in his opinion. "I think [Markle's] been very disrespectful to the Queen, who's such a great woman, such a great person, a historic person," he said. "I think she's very disrespectful to the Royal Family and, most importantly, to the Queen."
