What We Know About Teen Mom: Family Reunion
"Teen Mom" worlds are colliding in the brand new MTV series "Teen Mom: Family Reunion." The show will feature cast members from both "Teen Mom OG" and "Teen Mom 2" as they gather together for an epic vacation, where things get real intense. The promo for the show reveals that there will be plenty of drama and some major fights, as well as some emotional moments as multiple cast members stay together under one roof during the vacation (via People). The show was reportedly an idea by co-stars Cheyenne Floyd and Maci Bookout, and will likely get a bit wild.
Per an MTV press release (via Hollywood Life), the series will feature the stars as they "come together for a massive family reunion to connect with one another and celebrate their unique bonds ... [and] also reunite with surprise guests from the past and present." The show may also give fans a chance to see the stars in a different way as they'll connect with one another. They'll also be letting loose because they won't have their children with them.
Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2 stars will come together for the wild new series
TV Overmind reports that "Teen Mom: Family Reunion" will feature stars of the franchise such as Maci Bookout, Amber Portwood, Cheyenne Floyd, Ashley Jones, Brianna DeJesus, and Jade Cline. Other stars such as Leah Messer and Catelynn Lowell, as well as many of the stars' significant others and exes will also be seen on the show. In addition, former "Teen Mom OG" star Farrah Abraham, who has had a lot of bad blood with many of her former co-stars will also return to increase the level of drama (via Cheat Sheet).
The show is supposed to help the cast members connect on a deep level, and they'll work with a life coach in order to help heal any past trauma, open up about their feelings, and strengthen their bonds. While the drama will be at an all-time high, the stars will also have some fun together as they're seen dancing in their pajamas and canoeing in promos for the series.
Fans can see how it all plays out when "Teen Mom: Family Reunion" begins airing on Jan. 11 at 8 p.m. on MTV.
