After Kris Jenner's bodyguard made shocking allegations against her and sued her, the two will settle the lawsuit privately. Marc McWilliams, who started the group Musically Gifted Men (MGM) with R. Kelly, worked for the famous family between 2017 and 2019 (via The Daily Mail). He first accused Jenner of sexual harassment in 2017, as well as sued her for $3 million in 2020. His claims state that Jenner grabbed his butt, exposed herself to him, massaged his neck without his consent, touched him inappropriately, and showed him racial discrimination.
McWilliams reportedly asked Jenner to stop, but she "ignored all such requests and persisted with this inappropriate misconduct." McWilliams said he tried to tell his security company employer's human resources department all of this but was ignored and that he was then fired by Jenner, after he ignored her advances. He continued to work for Kourtney Kardashian, was fired from that job in late 2019, and named Kardashian in the lawsuit, too.

Kris Jenner's attorney, Marty Singer, told The Daily Mail, "Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the completely false claims made by former security guard, Marc. His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts. Kris never acted inappropriately toward him." Singer went on to say that McWilliams actually lost his job because he "was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job."
Jenner, a producer, TV personality, and author, known for her family's reality series, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," was married to the late Robert Kardashian between 1978 and 1991.
