The Completely Unexpected Appearance Prince Harry Just Made Has Fans Asking Questions
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle defected from the royal family in March 2020 and moved stateside to an exclusive community in sunny Santa Barbara. Ever since, the couple has been enjoying a healthier California lifestyle. As Hello! Magazine notes, Hollywood is known to embrace every new wellness fad — which works well for Meghan, who's an avid yoga and practices healthy eating. According to Vanity Fair, Prince Harry gave up alcohol, smoking, and caffeine while his wife was pregnant with their first child. He continued to stick by his lifestyle changes once their son Archie was born, in addition to regularly hitting the gym and incorporating Buddhist meditation practices into his daily routine.
"Harry used to love lying in, but he's up super early with Meghan, and the first thing he says he does is a workout, then he has a green juice," a source close to the prince told Vanity Fair. "Meghan is definitely behind his new regimen," the insider added. "They both see a nutritionist and are into their supplements." Trained psychologist Darren Stanton told Coffee Friend of what the routine change means for Harry's personal growth. "The Californian lifestyle and the influence of his wife may have also been a factor in this, representing change and a separation from his royal duties in London compared to his new life in the US," he said. In fact, the Duke of Sussex seems to be adapting well to life in the states, but he still raised eyebrows after making an appearance at this all-American event.
Prince Harry paid a visit to a Texas rodeo
Per People, Prince Harry was spotted in March 2022 at an iconic American experience: the rodeo. Stockyards Championship Rodeo secretary Cindy Reid posted a shot of Harry taking in the festivities in Forth Worth, Texas, captioning it, "Where was Prince Harry Saturday night? Oooooh, just hanging out behind the bucking chutes at the Stockyards Championship Rodeo!! Loooove it!! Thank you for the visit!!" Melton Bull Co., which is run by former bull rider turned trainer Cory Melton, also shared the photo. "We get a lot of rodeo royalty but this is the first prince I've seen. Said he was going to enter the bull riding but the airline lost his rigging bag," he said (via People).
Prior to the rodeo, Prince Harry was spotted with his cousin Princess Eugenie at the Super Bowl in February. He even visited the Los Angeles Rams' locker room following their big win. Though the prince appears to have acclimated well to California, he and Meghan Markle's move to the states wasn't as easy as it seemed on the surface. In the book "Royals At War: The Inside Story of Harry and Meghan's Shocking Split With the House of Windsor," authors Andy Tillett and Dylan Howard revealed that the royal was "secretly tortured" by the decision to leave the royal family (via The Sun). However, judging by his recent rodeo trip, Prince Harry has committed himself to fully embracing life in America.
