How Many Children Does Steffy Have On The Bold And The Beautiful?

Steffy Forrester (Jacquline MacInnes Wood) is about to enter a whole new phase of motherhood on "The Bold and the Beautiful." She is the only one who survived a horrific shooting thanks to her crazed and unhinged mother-in-law Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), while her husband, John "Finn" Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) didn't survive. Now, she is going to be left a single mother once again, but this time, she will be in mourning (via Soaps.com).

It was a long road to motherhood for Steffy, who suffered a miscarriage years ago and was told she could never have children. After medical treatment in Europe, she returned ready to claim her man, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), and become a mom. That's exactly what she did after she finally married Liam and became pregnant again (via Soaps In Depth). However, things didn't work out with Liam. Now, she has her children but doesn't have Finn to share them with.

Steffy's first child is her daughter, Kelly

After years of near misses and trials and tribulations, Steffy finally married Liam for a second time and was both thrilled and confused when she learned she was pregnant. After all, she had just slept with Liam's dad, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), right after Liam told her he had kissed Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), according to Soaps In Depth. Steffy found out Liam was the dad to her child, but Liam wasn't happy about the situation and left a pregnant Steffy.

Despite going through much of her pregnancy alone, Liam was there when Steffy gave birth to their daughter, Kelly. They almost reconciled until Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) learned she was pregnant with Liam's child. At that point, Steffy and Liam's relationship was growing weary and Steffy sent him on his way to have a life with Hope. They would co-parent Kelly, but they wouldn't be married (via Soaps In Depth).

Steffy's second child is her son, Hayes

When Steffy finally got wishy-washy Liam out of her system, she met Finn, the doctor who treated her after she was in a motorcycle crash. Steffy and Finn's relationship took off right away as he helped her through her subsequent addiction to opioid painkillers. After Steffy was whole again, she and Finn made it official and slept together. Then, one night, Liam thought Hope was having an affair with Steffy's brother, Thomas (Matthew Atkinson), so he showed up at Steffy's house. They got drunk and ultimately ended up in bed together (via Soaps In Depth).

Soon, Steffy had another paternity problem on her hands but the baby turned out to be Finn's and the couple planned to marry. Of course, the baby came first and Steffy had a little boy she named Hayes (via Soaps.com). Now, Steffy is left a widow to raise her two children, but she almost had a third.

Steffy had to give up her adopted baby

After Kelly was born, Steffy wanted to give her a sister to grow up with who was close in age just like she had a twin sister, Phoebe (Mackenzie Mauzy), who was killed in a car crash (via Soaps.com). So, Steffy adopted a little girl she named Phoebe, after her twin, believing it was all on the up and up. Steffy raised little Phoebe for nearly a year before learning she was really Beth, the baby that Hope and Liam were told had died at birth (via Soaps In Depth).

Dr. Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) needed to pay off gambling debts and stole Hope's baby to sell on the black market. Steffy's mom, Taylor (then played by Hunter Tylo), didn't realize the fees she paid to find a baby for Steffy to adopt were part of an illegal sale (via Soap Central). Steffy was devastated when she had to hand back to Hope and Liam the baby she loved so much, but at least Kelly still had a sister close in age as Liam fathered both little girls.
