The Selling Sunset Star Who Claims Ben Affleck Tried To Date Her

Ben Affleck is happily engaged to Jennifer Lopez — again. Of course, the actor has a long history of dating both famous women and non-celebrities. Before becoming a household name when he won an Oscar for "Good Will Hunting," the Boston native was in a relationship with Cheyenne Rothman (via Page Six). He traded up so to speak and got together with Gwyneth Paltrow. And then there was his first engagement to Lopez, followed by Affleck's decade-long marriage to Jennifer Garner.

The "Deep Water" star would go on to couple up with Lindsay Shookus, an Emmy award winning "SNL" producer as well as date Ana de Armas — before landing in the arms of the "Jenny From the Block" singer again (via The U.S. Sun). Or was there someone else in there?

According to a "Selling Sunset" star, Affleck sent her direct messages on the dating app Raya pre-getting back together with Lopez. That's right — Emma Hernan is not accusing the "Argo" director of cheating on the "Marry Me" actress. As the blonde newcomer to the Netflix show said during a chat with fellow cast member Chrishell Stause, their online flirtation took place "right before" the star's romance with Lopez went public (via Us Weekly).

Emma Hernan is not the only person Ben Affleck tried to date pre-Jennifer Lopez

Back in May of last year, Ben Affleck was outed for messaging women on Raya (via Page Six). Nivine Jay, a TikTok creator, even went so far as to post a video the actor sent her on Instagram.

Well, according to Emma Hernan, who joined the cast in season 4, the 51-year-old also reached out to her on the dating app. "He may or may not have been texting me," the 30-year-old said in an episode of season 5 of "Selling Sunset" (via Us Weekly). The real estate agent went on to claim that Affleck used the fact that they both hail from Boston as a way to connect with her initially. "It was very sweet," she said about their encounter.

Although the two never met up — Affleck had asked if she wanted to meet for coffee — in the scene, Chrishell Stause says Hernan "could've foiled Bennifer." Luckily, she didn't — because we're kinda obsessed!
