Selling Sunset Season 5 - Here's What We Can Tell Fans So Far

So, it's safe to assume everyone has marathon-watched Season 4 of "Selling Sunset" in a single sitting, right? Released on November 25, the latest installment of the addictive real estate reality TV show gave everyone a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. Why is "Selling Sunset" so good? Well, it could be the fact that they've tapped into a niche we never knew we needed — luxurious million dollar property tours sprinkled with a side of catty colleague fights set in the backdrop of fancy LA. What more could you ask for?

Well, while everyone was watching immediately, Season 4 had some mixed reviews. Viewers enjoyed the stunning homes, but the drama left a little to be desired. Fixated on the same repeated storyline, it got a little old, according to Buzzfeed News. Despite it not getting rave reviews as usual, in true "Selling Sunset" fashion, fans won't have to wait too long for their next dose.

When will Season 5 premiere?

As always, "Selling Sunset" concluded the latest season with an explosive fight between the ladies that left you on the edge of your seat needing more (via Women's Health Magazine). The upside is that as always, they also delivered an immediate trailer and insight into the next season (via Netflix). That's right, the second it aired, another season was confirmed and appears to have already been filmed.

While Season 5's production has almost concluded, a date for its premiere has yet to be released. However, Mary Fitzgerald gave everyone a little teaser of when you could expect it. Speaking to Digital Spy, Fitzgerald shared, "We have Season 5 coming out probably in March." She added, "We're done filming. We have a couple of pick-ups when we get back, and a couple of interviews still to do. But for the most part, Season 5's done filming, and it will be very, very good." (via Digital Spy)

What drama can you expect this time?

Season 4 of "Selling Sunset" came out a mere few months after real estate mogul Jason Oppenheim and broker Chrishell Stause announced that they were officially together (via Us Weekly). While fans were hoping to get a glimpse of the beginnings of their relationship in the show, it wasn't covered aside from some tips and clues that super-fans picked up on (via Grazia).

Luckily, the teaser trailer for Season 5 kicked off immediately diving into the relationship (via Netflix). From the looks of it, the season will take place between LA and Greece, and explore the beginnings of Oppenheim and Stause's relationship. The couple announced their relationship on Instagram with a photo from a trip to Italy, so there's no telling whether this trip came before or after. Cast members seem shocked by the news with Heather Rae Young saying, "It's insane to me. So weird, though. It's like exciting, but..."(via Harper's Bazaar).

Will Christine Quinn come back?

While everyone is fixated on the Jason Oppenheim and Chrishell Stause relationship, the question of Christine Quinn looms in the air. After all, in a way, Season 4 revolved entirely around her. Whether it was her discussing her issues, or the ladies of the agency incessantly speaking negatively about her. Quinn has definitely had a brutal season. When fans began noticing that she wasn't featured in any photos promoting Season 5, she took to Twitter to clear up the rumors and shared, "Got cut off and I'm SOOOOO tired of addressing this. I am in every single episode of season 4 and 5 of ["Selling Sunset"]. The girls intentionally leave me out of photos. I have real work to do besides sit on my phone and prove 24/7 that I'm filming a TV show. Y'all going to see me."

Between Quinn coming back to clear up all the drama that kicked off in Season 4, and a new inter-office relationship blooming — there's no telling how crazy the upcoming season is going to get!
