General Hospital's Nancy Lee Grahn Reveals What Her TV Daughter Is Really Doing

The Davis girls on "General Hospital" seem to be all over the place these days, but only three of the four of them have been on screen. Mom Alexis Davis is finally out of jail and figured out that her late boyfriend, Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan), was killed and did not die of a self-inflicted drug overdose (via Soaps.com).

Her youngest daughter, Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos), has been busy helping TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) track down his grandfather, Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett), in Brooklyn (via Soaps In Depth). Her oldest daughter, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), is determined to help Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) bring down his girlfriend, Esme Prince (Avery Pohl), according to Daytime Confidential. But, where is Alexis' middle daughter, Kristina Corinthos-Davis? She hasn't had a storyline in what feels like forever and is only seen in Port Charles sporadically.

Actress Lexi Ainsworth began playing Kristina in 2009 and has played the character off and on ever since, according to Soaps In Depth. While she is supposed to have a job helping run Charlie's Pub, the audience rarely ever sees her. Thankfully, actress Nancy Lee Grahn, who plays Alexis, revealed what Ainsworth has really been up to?

Where has Kristina been?

The last place "General Hospital" fans saw Kristina Corinthos-Davis is when she helped her dad, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), prepare for a date with his now-ex-wife Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) (via Soaps.com). She helped decorate the dining room and state rooms on the Haunted Star, then called Carly to ask her not to stand up her father. Nobody has seen her since.

In fact, the last time Kristina had a storyline of her own was when she was wooed by cult leader David Henry Archer, also known as Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin). Kristina was drawn to the cult after her relationship with Parker Forsyth (Ashley Jones) failed and she felt she needed a brand-new direction in life. She was ready to go through with the ritual induction when Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) kidnapped her so her family could perform an intervention, which was a success (via Soaps In Depth). Then, Lexi Ainsworth was without a story. However, she certainly hasn't let that get her down as she lives her best life.

Lexi Ainsworth is seeing the world

While "General Hospital" fans frequently take to Twitter and wonder why Lexi Ainsworth is barely on their screens as Kristina Corinthos-Davis, her on-screen mom, Nancy Lee Grahn, may have solved some of the mystery. It seems Ainsworth has become quite the traveler as Grahn shared a photo of her enjoying a picnic in an exotic locale.

"While I wish I saw more of my TV daughter ⁦[Lexi Ainsworth]⁩ in #PortCharles. This is what she does in her free time," Grahn tweeted. "Gets on planes alone with a knapsack & travels the world being beautiful & enriching her soul. Inspired by my girl."

Indeed, a peek at Ainsworth's Instagram reveals a host of places the actress has been in the spring of 2022, including Turkey, Paris, and London. Perhaps, Kristina is also traveling the world and that's why she's never behind that bar at Charlie's Pub.
