The Bold And The Beautiful Star Don Diamont Celebrates A Joyful Momentous Milestone
Actor Don Diamont has had a long career as a soap actor, and previously weighed in on all his iconic roles. Since 1984 he's played Carlo Forenza on "Days of Our Lives," Brad Carlton on "The Young and the Restless," and Bill Spencer Jr. on "The Bold and the Beautiful." As reported by Soaps in Depth, "B&B" scooped him up in 2009 after Brad was killed off on "Y&R." In and around all the usual soap character blackmailing, infidelity, and backstabbing, Bill married Katie Logan twice, and was also married to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) for a short time. He and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) vied for Brooke's affections over the years, and he's also had quite a few flings with ladies like Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis), and Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer), among others.
Although in real life Diamont is on his second marriage, he and Cindy Ambuehl were engaged for nine years before getting married in 2012. Their marriage is still going strong, as is their ever-expanding family (via Soaps She Knows). SoapHub wrote about the fact that, between the children from his previous marriage, raising his late sister's son, and his twins with Ambuehl, Diamont is the father of nine boys. Don Diamont recently posted stills and video clips from the wedding of his son, Alexander, to his fiancée Audrey on Instagram. Diamont was so proud of his son and new daughter-in-law when captioning the touching post. The two got engaged in September 2021, per Soaps She Knows. Diamont and his wife, Cindy Ambuehl, stated at the time that they were grateful to gain a wonderful daughter-in-law.
He begins the post with a link to Natalie Cole's song "This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)," setting the tone for a bright future for the couple. The Instagram post's visuals perfectly encapsulated the elegant outdoor wedding. Diamont wrote, "What a beautiful wedding weekend for our families filled with love, laughter, and tears of joy!" Some of the photos include Diamont giving his speech, Audrey being walked down the aisle, and the beautiful couple being cheered on post-ceremony. Among the video clips are the bride about to enter the ceremony area, the bride and groom having their first dance, and Alexander dancing with his mother.
