The Untold Truth Of The Bachelor's Kelley Flanagan

Kelley Flanagan may not have been one of the standouts of Peter Weber's Bachelor season, but she just may be the woman to ultimately capture his heart. The attorney didn't make it to Peter's final four, but that didn't stop him from later quarantining with her after breaking up with Hannah Ann Sluss and Madison Prewett.

What's the deal with Kelley and Peter? According to Peter, nothing is really going on — for now. "We're not dating," Peter said on Nick Viall's podcast The Viall Files (via Bustle). "Could I see that in the future? Yeah, of course. I'd be extremely lucky and very happy if that happened."

Who is the woman who may become Mrs. Peter Weber one day?

Kelley Flanagan is a successful attorney

One of the reasons that Kelley didn't too well on The Bachelor is because she was "too smart almost" for the show, according to Peter. "Kelley will be the first one to admit this: Kelley was not good for the show," he said on The Viall Files (via E! News). "[She] was not comfortable ever, never felt in her element... [She] was always trying to be two steps ahead almost [and] try to overthink it a little bit."

Being "two steps ahead" may not have made The Bachelor's producers happy, but it has helped Kelley establish a successful career. Per Hollywood Life, Kelley graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in marketing and then earned her J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology. She's been working for her dad's company, FB Tax Management, as an attorney since 2018.

Peter Weber's mom is a big fan of Kelley Flanagan

If things do work out with Peter and Kelley, no one will be happier than his mom, Barbara. Barb caused a lot of drama on The Bachelor, infamously tearing apart her son's relationship with Madison.

Getting her seal of approval won't be a problem for Kelley and Peter, though, because she has already made it clear that she is on Team Kelley. Kelley told ET that Barb approached her at The Bachelor finale. "She would not leave the finale until she met me," she said.

Kelley added that Barb told her, "You're beautiful, I love you. I was your fan since day one."

Kelley Flanagan and Peter Weber go way back

Some people think that Peter and Kelley were meant to be. Peter himself revealed that he thought Kelley ending up on his season may have been fate. The pair actually met before they appeared on The Bachelor and before Peter was even announced as the Bachelor.

"Kelley met Peter prior to the taping of the show," Bachelor host Chris Harrison in a video intro of the contestants on Peter's Bachelor season. "This is completely random but they met at a hotel they were both at for separate parties. She knew Peter — Peter obviously didn't know her — she went up to him, and they met, and they both think this could be destiny."

Even though it didn't work out for them on the show, Peter still thinks he and Kelley might be meant to be. "My relationship with Kelley has been... serendipitous," he said on The Viall Files.
