She Looks Amazing: Hillary Clinton Sparks Plastic Surgery Rumors After Rare Presser
It had been a while since we last saw Hillary Clinton at a public event. That changed this week, when the former Secretary of State sat down with the House Oversight Commitee in New York and answered questions for six hours about Jeffrey Epstein. After the long deposition, Clinton came to the public to give a rare press conference — and social media users immediatly realized that the politician is looking pretty good for someone who's nearly 80 years old. Rumors of plastic surgery were sparked again after Clinton's address.
Clinton: It then got at the end quite unusual because I started being asked about UFOs and a series of questions about Pizzagate. One of the most vile bogus conspiracy theories that was propagated on the internet. pic.twitter.com/Iu5flxaCqK

During the press conference, Clinton seemed unfazed by how long it took and stated that she wished the deposition was broadcast to the public. She stated (via NPR): "It was disappointing that they refused to hold a public hearing so I wouldn't have to be out here characterizing it for you. You could have seen it for yourself. We had asked for that. We think it would have been better for the committee and its efforts to gather whatever information they are seeking." Clinton griped that she lost count of how many times she had to repeat that she did not know who Epstein was. Clinton also complained that she was asked questions about UFOs and the pizzagate conspiracy theory.
Social media users were quick to acknowledge Hilary Clinton's transformation. In 2025, Clinton herself got the plastic surgery rumors rolling after she attended the opening night of the revival of "Ragtime" on Broadway and people immediately realized how different she looked.
The alleged secret plastic surgeries of Hillary Clinton
According to author Ed Klein in his book "Unlikeable," Clinton had secret surgical procedures done on her face over the last few years. He reported that Clinton didn't want to go to a clinic, so a mini-operating room was built in her New York home. The author writes (per New York Post) that "she had her cheeks lifted and her wrinkles and lines Botoxed ... She had work done on her eyes as well as on her neck and forehead."
Also in the book, sources close to Clinton revealed that she took the safer approach to cosmetic procedures, doing little by little, and was ready to stop whenever she felt it was going to look weird. From what we can tell in the press conference, this alleged approach worked, because the former politician managed to retain her signature features while looking like she never aged past 60.
After the press conference, we're bound to see Hillary Clinton again at least a couple of times, since former President Bill Clinton is testifying before the House Oversight Committee. Also according to NPR, she responded to many questions with "I don't know" and complemented them with "you'll have to ask my husband." Hillary already gave a sort of a preview of how her husband's testimony will go by stating that she was confident that the former president knew nothing about Epstein's criminal history.
