Hallmark Channel's Best Fall Movies Of 2026 (So Far), Ranked By Reviews

As we enter the final days of September, another fall has officially arrived. To the surprise of no one, however, the Hallmark Channel started embracing the harvest season long before summer started to take its leave. Back in late August, the network kicked off its annual "Fall Into Love" event, promising eight all-new made-for-TV movies sure to get fans excited for pumpkin spice lattes and sweater weather. At the time of writing, five of those movies have already aired. In other words, if you've been waiting for fall to actually start before digging into this year's offerings, you already have a bit of a backlog waiting for you!  

Of course, that begs the question: Which of Hallmark's latest "Fall Into Love" movies are most worth your time? Well, that largely comes down to personal preference. Different things are going to resonate with different people for different reasons. So, with "Fall Into Love" nearly over and Hallmark's always-exciting "Countdown to Christmas" just around the corner, here's how the five autumn-themed movies that have already premiered in 2026 stack up against one another as far as the feelgood channel's many online fans are concerned.

Starring Alvina August and Nathan Witte, "Falling into Place" premiered on September 12, 2026 as the fourth installment in Hallmark's "Fall Into Love" lineup. It's also arguably been the one with the most consistently lukewarm reception thus far. As of now, the movie holds a weighted average rating of 6/10 on IMDb, which just so happens to be its most common individual rating on the site, as well. The visible audience reviews of "Falling Into Place" on Rotten Tomatoes amount to an average rating of 3.25/5. Meanwhile, its average rating on Letterboxd currently sits at roughly 2.7/5, with most members rating it either 3/5 or 2.5/5.

Notably, "Garage Sale Mysteries: Murder Takes the Stage," which debuted on September 19, marks Lori Loughlin's big return to Hallmark following her firing several years ago. However, the reception to the "Full House" star's much-anticipated comeback has been mixed. At the time of writing, the latest entry in the "Garage Sale Mysteries" series holds a weighted average rating of 6.3/10 on IMDb, with 2/10 being the most common individual rating (ouch). The visible audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes reveals an average of 3.75/5, though the film is especially polarizing on Letterboxd, where it currently has an average rating of roughly 2.7/5. Notably, the most common individual rating is 3.5/5, with 4/5 and 0.5/5 being a close second and third, respectively. Like we said, very polarizing.

Ashley Williams, who's one of Hallmark's most lovable leading ladies, stars opposite Niall Matter in "Much About Love" (also known as "Nothing But Love"), which debuted on the Hallmark Channel on August 29, 2026. On IMDb, the film's weighted average rating is 6.3/10, while the most common individual rating is 7/10. Its visible average audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes is currently 3.75/5, while its weighted average rating on Letterboxd is 3.2/5. By far the most common individual rating on Letterboxd is 3/5, cementing "Much About Love" as a firmly middle-of-the-road contender.

Starring Aimeé Teegarden and Chris McNally, "Love Finds You" kicked off this year's "Fall Into Love" lineup on August 22, 2026. It remains one of the best-reviewed entries thus far, currently holding a weighted average IMDb rating of 6.2/10 and a most common rating of 7/10. Over on Letterboxd, the film's weighted average rating is 3.1/5, while 3/5 is, once again, far and away the most common individual rating. However, with a visible average Rotten Tomatoes audience score of 4.25/5, not to mention a "Fresh" review from critic Rachel Wagner (making it the only 2026 "Fall Into Love" movie with a professional review listed on RT thus far), "Love Finds You" just barely pulls ahead of "Much About Love."

Starring Tamera Mowry-Housley opposite Risteard Cooper and Marco Grazzini, "Haunted Harmony Mysteries: Prelude to a Wedding" is comfortably Hallmark's best reviewed "Fall Into Love" movie so far this year. Following its September 5 premiere, the latest entry in the "Haunted Harmony Mysteries" series has secured a weighted average rating of 7.1/10 on IMDb, with 9/10, impressively, being the most common individual rating. Meanwhile, the film's visible average audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes sits at a perfect 5/5. Finally, its average Letterboxd rating sits at roughly 3.5/5, with the most common rating being 3/5, followed closely by 5/5. "Prelude to a Wedding" also has by far the most 5/5 reviews of any "Fall Into Love" movie on Letterboxd this year so far.
