When Chloe's headpiece turned into a blindfold onstage on Dance Moms, it was hilarious

Dance Moms was notorious for the seriously grueling schedule the girls and their moms have to adhere to. Almost every week, the team headed to a competition, having just learned a series of new routines. And because things were often pretty down to the wire, it was pretty inevitable that something would go wrong either on-stage or off.

For starters, in Season 1, an unfortunate costume malfunction became the source of some hilarious drama. A few minutes into her dance trio with Maddie Ziegler and Paige Hyland, Chloe Lukasiak's headband began to slip down off of her head. As the number continued, the headpiece crept further and further down her face until it covered the young dancer's eyes completely. Despite being effectively blindfolded, poor Chloe Lukasiak — who's had a stunning transformation — kept on dancing like a total professional!

The funniest part of the whole situation was Kelly Hyland's seemingly heartless response. While Chloe's mother, Christi Lukasiak, was horrified, her friend Kelly screamed and cackled with laughter behind her, clearly loving every minute of the debacle. Could that by why Chloe Lukasiak later quit Dance Moms?

When Dance Mom's Vivi-Anne cut her finger on Cathy's ring, everyone laughed

Ever since her first appearance on Dance Moms, the young Vivi-Anne Stein was a fan favorite, thanks to her deadpan expressions and her apparent distaste for dance. But out of all of her amusing antics and interviews, one iconic event really takes the cake. That moment came in Season 2, when Cathy Nesbitt-Stein accidentally caught her ring on her daughter's finger.

It all began innocently enough. Cathy pinky-swore that Vivi-Anne would get to dance later. But when Cathy's ring accidentally cut Vivi-Anne's finger, drama ensued, along with what might just be Vivi-Anne's funniest line on the show, ever. "I cut my finger on my mom's ring," she said, with her classic deadpan delivery. "I hope I can still dance."

It's hard to tell whether or not the young dancer is being serious due to her blank expression, but either way, the moment is hilarious. It went on to become a viral meme, and we aren't surprised. It's pretty hard to watch this scene without laughing out loud!

Try not to giggle when the Dance Moms do the infamous "moms' dance," and Cathy goes rogue

In one of the most awkward moments in Dance Moms history, four of the mothers took to the stage to perform a jazz routine. Needless to say, they weren't as good as their daughters!

There's a lot to laugh at in this ludicrous scene. When the dance began, it was pretty much what you would expect — think lots of awkward smiles and entirely too many jazz hands. Then about halfway through the dance, Cathy Nesbitt-Stein, a dance teacher from another studio who had briefly enrolled her daughter at ALDC, starts to improvise. It's incredibly awkward to watch; the other moms were clearly confused, as Abby Lee Miller gleefully screamed, "She's doing a solo out there! What is she doing! She's trying to upstage everyone!"

Eventually, the other moms dashed off the stage, leaving Cathy still dancing away. Two young boys finally arrived to escort the rogue middle-aged dancer off the stage. Trust Cathy to give us such a cringey moment.

It was super funny when the Vegas show boys starting hitting on Holly by the pool on Dance Moms

Regular viewers of Dance Moms know that sometimes, the moms tend to get a little jealous. Whether it's about Melissa Gisoni's relationship with Abby Lee Miller or Abby's special treatment of Maddie Ziegler, envy was pretty much a given at ALDC. However, there was one specific Season 1 moment that had the show's moms turning a little green.

While traveling for a competition, the moms were hanging out by the hotel pool. It didn't take long until a group of young men started chatting with them. And when they found out that Holly Hatcher-Frazier had a doctorate, they began to wade across to get closer. "I bet your neck hurts... cause your brain is so big," one of the men quipped. That left Christi Lukasiak visibly flustered. "I think it was funny that they were flirting with Holly," she shared. "Doctor Holly was getting the moves put on her at the pool." Jealous much?

Christi and Kelly Hyland giggled along with the men, while Holly and Melissa seemed a little uncomfortable. This incredible scene is pretty awkward and brilliantly funny!

Jill had a dramatic outburst on Dance Moms while wearing a seriously goofy cowboy hat

Dance Moms is filled with some of the most dramatic fights and controversial moments you'll ever see on reality television. The moms and Abby Lee Miller are constantly at each other's throats, and more often than not, a dance competition will end with someone having a meltdown in the dressing room.

That's exactly what happened in one Season 2 episode, wherein viewers were treated to one of silliest fights in the show's history. It all started when Abby wouldn't let Kendall Vertes use the costume that Jill Vertes had brought for her. While the fight itself was a pretty basic yelling match that ended with Jill storming out of the room, it was her outfit that made the moment so funny. Jill was wearing an over-the-top cowboy hat — did she wear it because the team was in Texas?

Christi Lukasiak summed up the ludicrous fight succinctly, saying, "Jill's throwing shoes and she's cursing, and all I'm thinking is, 'You are so hard to take seriously wearing that hat!'" We have to admit it — Christi has a pretty good point!

The bloopers from "Girl Talk" on Dance Moms are pretty amusing

Not all of the funniest ALDC moments were actually aired by the Dance Moms producers. For example, in Season 4, a special episode called "Girl Talk" aired, featuring a Q&A with the young dancers from the show (via Lifetime). While the girls all seemed pretty poised and pulled together in the episode, the bloopers told a different story.

First, Nia Sioux — who's undergone a stunning transformation — teases Maddie Ziegler for the amount of hairspray in her crunchy hair. To that, Maddie responded with her an iconic eye roll; we love seeing Maddie giving us a rare glimpse at her sassy side! Later, Vivi-Anne Stein made some seriously weird guttural noises, and Mackenzie Ziegler shared her maniacal evil laugh — which Chloe Lukasiak understandably found hilarious.

It's super cute to see our favorite Dance Moms girls enjoying their time together and goofing around as friends. It's a real change from the usual drama on the show!

It was too funny when Jill and Christi spied on Maddie and Abby on Dance Moms

Throughout the first few seasons of Dance Moms, Jill Vertes and Christi Lukasiak were frequently shown complaining about Abby Lee Miller's favoritism of Maddie Ziegler — who lives an insanely lavish life. In one hilarious episode, the two moms decided that enough was enough, and the pair decided to play detective for the day. "Our plan is to prove what we have known all along: that Maddie gets extra private time," Jill explained.

How did the two devious dance moms plan to execute their plan? "We have to videotape it," Christi said, explaining that they would need evidence. The moms then snuck around the outside of the studio, both wearing all black and oversized sunglasses, and practically running on their tiptoes. Jill then ran in to record the evidence, and, a few minutes later, emerged gleefully, saying, "I got it, I got it!"

It is truly gut-busting to see two grown women sneaking around a children's dance studio as if they were investigating a real crime. Plus Jill's excitement upon leaving the building is nothing short of ludicrous.

When Holly tried to start a book club on Dance Moms, the other moms just wanted to drink wine

If you regularly watched Dance Moms, you probably know that Holly Hatcher-Frazier was always portrayed as the "smart one" out of all the moms. The others frequently commented on her doctorate and would jokingly call her "Dr. Holly."

In one funny Season 2 episode, it became abundantly clear that the other moms had slightly less academic interests. To celebrate getting her doctorate, Holly hosted a party for the other moms and asked them to join her book club. "Well, I have a surprise for you ladies," Holly began. Jill Vertes exclaimed, "Is it more wine?" Then, Kelly Hyland chimed in, "A naked man?" And when Holly revealed that the surprise was a book club, their response was hilarious. "I don't read," Kelly proclaimed. Then, "I want to have a wine club." If you do, Kelly, you should know what will happen to your body when you drink wine every night.

The chaos culminated with Christi Lukasiak bashing the back of her head on Holly's table, and the moms all cackling at the accident. It's safe to say that this is not how Holly envisioned her book club going!

When Melissa from Dance Moms ran across the stage to Abby's horror, it was hilarious

Melissa Gisoni, the mother of Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler from Dance Moms, was often referred to as a "stage mom" by the other moms. However, there was one occasion when she made a pretty serious blunder, after taking the stage herself.

In a Season 4 bonus scene while at a competition, Melissa suddenly dashed across the stage in front of the entire audience. You can even hear her little voice chirp, "Sorry Abby, they're making me do this. I took my shoes off!" Needless to say, Abby Lee Miller was totally horrified. "Pretend you do not know her," Abby whispered, with her head in her hands. Melissa then jogged back across the stage, shoes in hand, making the entire scene feel more like a clown sketch than a clip from Dance Moms

Later in the dressing room, Melissa got a serious telling off from Abby. She yelled, "What on earth possessed you to not walk around the back of the stage? You know better, Melissa!" We think it's probably safe to say that Melissa never stepped foot on a dance stage again!

When Christi gave nicknames to the new moms in Season 4 of Dance Moms, viewers cracked up

When it comes to Dance Moms interviews, no one brought the snark like Christi Lukasiak, with her constant sass and attitude. In the Season 4 premiere, Christi explained her nicknames for all of the new moms who'd arrived that season — and they were completely bananas.

It was clear that Christi was pretty haughty about being one of the original moms on the show, and was simply not interested in any of these new additions. "The one with the purple hair, she's 'Dud Muffin,' 'cause she's about as fun as a dud," she began. The other names were "Boring Loree," "Frumplestiltskin," "Count Stalkula," "What's Her Face," and "Christ-y." "[Christ-y] is like a bible thumping, fire and brimstone, Old Testament-style dance mom," she added.

Christi couldn't have made it clearer that she wasn't going to welcome these moms with open arms with these less-than-flattering nicknames. You've got to admire her hilarious creativity!

It was ridiculous when Abby yelled at the bus driver on Dance Moms

To get to their weekly dance competitions on Dance Moms, the ALDC team frequently set off in a coach bus to drive across the country. These road trips were often a source of comedy; with so many big personalities crammed together on one bus, the drama was inevitable — especially because of Abby Lee Miller.

In one particular Season 2 bus journey, Abby got frustrated when the bus driver followed the GPS directions instead of her instructions. As her anger mounted, she yelled, "The GPS isn't paying you! Where are you going?" This moment led to one of Christi Lukasiak's most iconic interview quotes ever. "So this poor guy is just doing his job, and all of a sudden he sees this black cloud coming at him," she explained, referring to Miller — pure poetry! Miller reached the front of the bus where she exclaimed, "I am Abby Lee Miller. When I ride on a bus somewhere, you listen to me."

It's clear that Abby was always in diva mode and had to be in charge of every detail!

The Season 4 outtakes of Dance Moms are super adorable

While plenty of viewers tuned into Dance Moms for the drama, it was always nice to see moments when the girls and their moms were having fun together. The Season 4 outtakes are a perfect example of these more silly moments.

In the all-too-brief blooper reel, fans were treated to the behind-the-scenes footage they'd been waiting for. In one funny clip, Kelly Hyland sees a bug on her arm, let out a screech, and flicks it onto Christi Lukasiak, who let out a massive screech of her own. Then in another hilarious moment, Jill Vertes is seen spritzing herself with perfume at a restaurant table. When the other moms start to complain, she proceeded to spritz Christi right in the face.

By the looks of things, the moms were constantly playing silly little tricks on each other. We have to say, it's refreshing to see them laughing together — instead of at each other — for once!

Dance Moms fans lost it when Abby got schooled on theatre etiquette

In a truly hilarious extended scene from Season 8 of Dance Moms, Abby Lee Miller got told off by Tammy Croftcheck for using her phone in the theater. "You preach theater etiquette to my kids, put your phone away," Croftcheck whispered in her ear. Abby, who clearly couldn't stand getting told off, immediately left the theater with a furious look on her face. She can even be heard saying as she leaves, "I think I'm gonna go to Baskin Robbins."

The next thing we know, the camera operators are out of the street looking for Abby. When one of them caught sight of Miller in her wheelchair zipping away from the theater, he hilariously said, "She's zoomin', dude!" Eventually, it turns out that Abby had gone to the police station to file a report for verbal assault.

The entire scene is undeniably hilarious — from Abby's indignation in the theater to the crew frantically searching for her in the streets, we absolutely love this extended scene!

Hilarity ensued when Melissa pushed Abby in the pool in a Dance Moms Season 1 blooper

Abby Lee Miller was and has always been untouchable in Dance Moms. She never tolerated moms who talked back or questioned her methods. But in a Season 1 blooper, fans got to see a mom take revenge on the ALDC diva — a rare sight!

After giving Abby a hug by the pool, Melissa Gisoni proceeded to push the dance teacher into the water! The rest of the moms and their daughters erupted in laughter and screams. Holly Hatcher-Frazier and Kelly Hyland can be seen with wide eyes, looking rather shocked, and Nia Sioux can be seen dancing around in glee.

It seems that everyone loved to see their strict teacher finally get her comeuppance. Plus, it was hilarious to watch Melissa, ever the goody two-shoes, pulling this kind of prank. Paige Hyland, who's up to quite a bit these days, even gave Melissa a high five at the end of clip!
