Inside Kylie Jenner's Gorgeous Home In Holmby Hills

Kylie Jenner looks and acts the part of a billionaire — though that's quite the controversial topic – so it's only natural her house reflects that. In April 2020, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and Kylie Cosmetics founder added an Instagram-worthy mansion to her growing real estate portfolio: a $36.5 million single-story resort compound. According to TMZ, it resides in one of Los Angeles' finest neighborhoods, Holmby Hills.

To call this place a house is probably one of the biggest understatements. Spanning more than 15,000 square-feet, this concrete fortress has luxurious amenities that rival some of the best resorts in town. With seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, according to Peoplethis estate has it all, including club-style game rooms and even an indoor theater.

Only the best of the best for Kylie Jenner, who clearly loves all things glamour and excess. Who can blame her? If we had the money, we'd be living it up in a mansion too. It looks like the reality TV star and her daughter, Stormi, have been enjoying the digs, according to a string of TikTok videos shared by Hello! and Kylie's Instagram. Curious to see what her Holmby Hills pad looks like? Let's take a look inside.

Kylie Jenner's home is in an exclusive Los Angeles neighborhood

It's only fitting that Kylie Jenner's not-so-humble abode is situated in one of Los Angeles' hottest neighborhoods. After all, her makeup brand, Kylie Cosmetics, is all about looking and feeling your best. Holmby Hills is home to luxurious residences worth up to $115 million, according to Zillow real estate listings, and that includes high-profile residences like the Playboy Mansion, where Hugh Hefner lived until his death at the age of 91 (via CBS News).

Though this neighborhood has no doubt seen its fair share of legendary parties, the area has privacy that's perfect for Hollywood stars looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, according to Compass

Like in Beverly Hills, Holmby residences "often feature strategically-placed ornate gates or foliage" for not just privacy, but extra security. Safe and private — sounds like a true California dream, especially given Kylie Jenner's star status. In 2019, TMZ reported that security camera footage captured a man poking around at one of her Hidden Hills homes, which is probably one of the reasons why her Holmby Hills compound has a guardhouse

Kylie Jenner's Holmby Hills house is pretty new

Kylie Jenner's home in Holmby Hills is brand spanking new. According to People, construction on the single-story house was completed in August 2019, eight months prior to her purchasing the pad. It probably still has that new home smell. If we were spending that much money on a home, we probably wouldn't want it lived-in either.

It's no surprise then that the reality TV star tends to purchase new homes and sometimes just land so she can build one from the ground-up. She's already owned several properties in Hidden Hills, a SoCal neighborhood, according to People and Variety

What's probably the best part of new builds is that they come equipped with the latest technology for the best entertainment and security around, as Kylie Jenner's Holmby Hills home did, according to Zillow. "Kylie has wanted to buy a house in L.A. for a while and finally found the one that works perfectly for her needs," an insider told Entertainment Tonight about Kylie Jenner's Holmby Hills purchase. The source added, "Safety is a major concern for Kylie, and this home has an area for dedicated security, state-of-the-art security system and a security gate."

Kylie Jenner's home features minimalist decor

Kylie Jenner's home in Holmby Hills is a minimalist interior designer's dream with its sleek, neutral-toned interior and all the luxurious fixings. According to its Zillow listing, the estate featured an art deco chandelier in the main living area by the outdoor pool, though it's unclear if it stayed once Jenner moved in. According to Vogue Australia, the reality TV star has always added splashes of color to her previous home designs, but this one is different. You'll see mostly neutral hues of browns, beiges, grays, and whites, as well as gold accents throughout the compound.

Though the general style is modern, there's a certain coziness to the space thanks to the warm colors, comfy-looking furniture, and the residence's many fireplaces. We're totally digging this more mature look for the reality TV star, who is also a serious businesswoman.

According to a Life & Style source, the Jenner-Kardashian clan "spare no expense" when it comes to their homes, and Kylie Jenner is no exception. "Between filming their shows at home to entertaining and hosting parties at home and showing off their spaces on Instagram, they make sure that their homes are picture-perfect at all times," the source said, noting that the celeb's style tends to be on the edgier side.

There's plenty of space for Kylie Jenner's famous family members

Kylie Jenner's home features seven bedrooms, but if that weren't enough, the Holmby Hills estate also features two guest apartments with individual kitchenettes, as reported by Realtor.com. If she wanted to invite more guests to stay over, the estate also has two additional guest suites fit with their own patios and secluded entrances. Seems like there's plenty of room for sisters Kourtney, Kim, and Khloé Kardashian and Kendall Jenner to stay the night. Though it might not be needed since her siblings have gorgeous mansions of their own, as noted by People.

Regardless, Kylie Jenner seems to be enjoying her bedroom all by herself if Instagram is anything to go by. She loves sharing sexy bedroom selfies with her 189 million Instagram followers. We're not exactly sure if she takes these photos in her master bedroom or one of the many other rooms at her estate. Truth be told, if we had a home like hers, we'd alternate sleeping in different bedrooms every night just because we could.

This bathroom in Kylie Jenner's home in Holmby Hills is like a spa

No matter how many glasses of wine you drink at bath time, it probably won't make your bathroom look anything like Kylie Jenner's. The celeb gave her millions of fans a glimpse of what is probably the master bath suite at her Holmby Hills estate in a bathroom selfie she posted to Instagram, as reported by Hello! magazine.

Jenner snapped a photo in front of her bathroom mirror, and the reflection showed luxurious white marble on the floor and along the wall of her large walk-in shower. The neutral decor is spa-like and relaxing, and there's even a free-standing bathtub and a TV on which to watch your favorite rom-com while you soak in a warm bubble bath.

Jenner's daughter, Stormi, loves baths, if a photo of her poking her head out of a bubble-filled bath that her mom posted on Instagram is any indication. "This pic makes me happy," Jenner captioned the post. There's definitely no shortage of bath time in a house with 14 bathrooms.

There's a chef's kitchen and stunning dining room in Kylie Jenner's home in Holmby Hills

Kylie Jenner and her daughter, Stormi, probably eat gourmet meals often. After all, Jenner's Holmby Hills estate features a stylish formal dining room, as noted by Realtor.com, and chef's kitchen with "European-style cabinetry" and a "dizzying array of designer appliances," according to Variety

While it's unknown if Jenner has a private chef (though we're probably sure she does), it's a known fact that she does like to cook. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is famous for her makeup and fashion sense, but she's pretty good in the kitchen too, and, for a time, she even hosted her own cooking web series, as noted by Refinery29. What's more, during the holidays in 2019, she posted a video on her YouTube channel of her baking Christmas sugar cookies with her daughter, and there was even a guest appearance from grandma Kris Jenner.

Kylie Jenner seems like quite the chef, so we have no doubt she's probably whipped up a midnight snack or her go-to cheat meal at her Holmby Hills estate. Now that we've seen where she chows down, we just wonder what Kylie Jenner eats in a day.

There's lots of space for Stormi to play at Kylie Jenner's home in Holmby Hills

Kylie Jenner's daughter, Stormi, is living the life with her mom at their Holmby Hills estate. As seen on Instagram, Stormi seems to have her own playroom, which features a fun arts and crafts area with plenty of toys. And she also has her own gorgeous shoe closet with kid-sized trainers, sandals, and sliders organized by color, according to Hello! magazine. Can we please be adopted by Kylie Jenner? Just putting it out there.

As if that wasn't enough, Stormi also has a life-sized playhouse featuring two stories, an upstairs balcony, and shuttered windows, as shared by Hello! magazine. The mini mansion located in the garden was originally housed at the family's Hidden Hills homebut is now apparently at the Holmby Hills property.

It's clear Kylie Jenner loves her daughter and wants to give her everything in the world, and that includes a toddler-friendly Louis Vuitton-designed convertible. Kylie Jenner took to Instagram to post a series of photos showing her daughter driving the mini car with the caption: "My baby's not a baby anymore." Clearly, the two are enjoying life in the fast lane together. We can only imagine what type of car Stormi will get when she celebrates her sweet 16th birthday.

There's a home theater in Kylie Jenner's place in Holmby Hills

Kylie Jenner's home in Holmby Hills has just as many bells and whistles as a cruise ship does. According to Architectural Digest, the compound has an indoor home theater with stadium seating perfect for movie nights with daughter Stormi, family, and friends. It doesn't end there though. The ultra-chic theater room is situated off of a game room, which is fit with a pool table and a full bar that looks like it's from a hot nightclub. As seen in a photo gallery of the estate's interior on Zillow, the entertainment room looks almost club-like with funky lights and modern furniture, though it's, of course, possible that Jenner has changed things up since she purchased the property. It's worth noting that — at least, at one point — there was another full bar and even a shuffleboard table in another room of the house.

So, while there's certainly plenty of fun to be had outdoors at Kylie Jenner's home in Holmby Hills, when it inevitably rains, she and her family can still have tons of fun indoors.

Kylie Jenner's home in Holmby Hills sits on nearly an acre of land

Kylie Jenner's home in Holmby Hills sits on nearly an acre of land, as the Los Angeles Times reported. That's a lot of land! As a result, her modern fortress has an abundance of indoor and outdoor hangout space, including an estimated 5,000 square-feet of covered patio area serving as an entertainment hub with TVs, fireplaces, and lounge sofas, as can be seen on the property's Zillow listing.

Remember though, in Kylie Jenner's celebrity world, almost an acre of land is probably not that much. Not long after she purchased her Holmby Hills estate, the cosmetics mogul and real estate investor bought a vacant five-acre parcel of land in San Fernando Valley's Hidden Hills for $15 million, according to Variety. Though the lot is nothing but dirt right now, the sale included plans for an "18,000 sq. ft. monster mansion with a 12-car garage, guesthouse, barn, guardshack for a full-time security detail, sports court and a pool." Though it's unknown whether she will use that property herself, it'll no doubt be a stunner just like her Holmby Hills estate in Los Angeles.

Kylie Jenner and her family stay cool at the estate's resort-style pool

No Los Angeles home — or mansion, rather — would be complete without a jaw-dropping pool, and the one at Kylie Jenner's home in Holmby Hills is no exception. The clean, modern estate has an amazing indoor-outdoor space featuring a luxurious pool, plenty of sun loungers and sofas, a fire pit, and even a projection screen, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The pool runs down the middle of the estate and has a cool turf design nearby, as seen on Kylie Jenner's Instagram posts. In May 2020, the social media influencer shared a photo of herself lounging by said pool in a lime green bikini, giving us major summer vibes. But she isn't the only family member enjoying the great outdoors at home. Her daughter, Stormi, has also gotten in on the outdoor fun. She looked like she was loving dancing through the estate's in-ground water fountain with ten jets that simultaneously shoot out water, as seen in a video on Jenner's Instagram page, as reported by Hello! magazine. Oh, what we would do just for a chance to relax at this dream home.

There's a sports complex with a tennis court at Kylie Jenner's home

Apparently Kylie Jenner's resort-style compound also has a championship-level sports complex. What million-dollar estate is without one really? If you follow Jenner's Instagram account, you've probably seen glimpses of her home's state-of-the-art tennis court that would probably impress even someone like tennis pro Serena Williams. Jenner's daughter, Stormi, also likes spending time out on the court, but it could be because she likes posing for photos just as much as her mom.

Surprisingly, Jenner does have an athletic side despite loving all things girly, including makeup and fashion. She used to participate in various high school sports, including cheerleading, flag football, and track, according to Jenner herself, who quizzed then-boyfriend Travis Scott about all things her during a GQ interview in 2018. Scott guessed right when he said she was on the track team, but he struck out on every other sport. "I did play soccer, but I wasn't good at it," Jenner also admitted. We can't wait to see her tennis moves on the court!

The estate features plenty of parking space for Kylie Jenner's many cars

Kylie Jenner absolutely loves her expensive cars, so it's no surprise that her Holmby Hills estate has room for all of them. According to Realtor.com, the compound features nine covered parking spaces as well as 20 more parking spots. Maybe she has plans to stage a car convention? Though that's probably not the case, it does seem like the entrepreneur and reality TV star likes to invest in cars as much as she does real estate.

According to Elle Australia, the star's car collection is estimated to be worth more than $14 million. The magazine also reported that the youngest Jenner loves gifting cars as much as she does purchasing them for herself. She once gave her mom, Kris Jenner, a $515,000 Ferrari 488 for her birthday.

If TikTok is anything to go by, it looks like Kylie Jenner has already grown comfortable with her parking situation at her estate. In a video posted on the social platform, as shared by MTV News, her bestie Stassie Karanikolaou was shown walking through parts of a home that looks a lot like Kylie Jenner's Holmby Hills palace, before showing off her friend's car collection.
