Nicky Hilton found her perfect match in European banking heir James Rothschild. Us Weekly confirms the two met in 2011, at the lavish Italian wedding of Petra Ecclestone and James Stunt. Rothschild comes from serious money. In fact, his famous family's net worth isn't even public. Hilton, meanwhile, is known as the more private heiress compared to sister Paris, and appropriately, her husband doesn't chase the limelight either.
During an anniversary trip in 2014, which took them across Europe, Rothschild popped the question in the same country they originally met. As a source told Us, "He took her out on a boat into the middle of Lake Como and he proposed, got down on one knee and everything. It was incredibly romantic and beautiful." The Britain-based banking heir reportedly even made the trip over to the States to ask Hilton's parents for her hand in marriage, in true gentlemanly style.

In keeping with the swoon-worthy manner in which the couple got engaged, their wedding day was one for the ages. Us Weekly reports the two tied the knot at the Orangery, which is located within the Kensington Gardens at Kensington Palace, in London on July 10, 2015 (ABC News confirmed the venue was built for Queen Anne back in 1704, as a greenhouse as well as a place to entertain guests). Hilton stunned in a classic white Valentino gown with a lace overlay, featuring a high neck, long sleeves and train, and a delicate lace veil.
Hilton described her dress to Avenue as a "no-brainer," explaining "I really just want everything traditional and beautiful. So many brides today want avant garde, over the top, fashiony. I just like sticking to what works." Paris, naturally, served as maid of honor in a strappy, sky-blue, floor-length dress with a fitted bodice, which the heiress accessorized with a sparkly belt and glittery heels. High-profile guests included Chelsea Clinton and actress Kate Beckinsale.

Completing their perfect family life, two daughters followed soon after the Hilton-Rothschild nuptials. People reports that the happy couple welcomed Lily-Grace Victoria in July 2016, followed by Teddy Marilyn in December 2017. Although the sex of the baby remained unknown until she was born, prior to Teddy's birth, Hilton admitted that she was hoping for a girl because, "I did love having a sister" growing up.
She was convinced Lily-Grace would be a great big sister too, promising, "She'll be really sweet" with Teddy. Although the happy couple keep things mostly low-key, The New York Times notes that Hilton previously described Rothschild as "the love of my life" in a Daily Mail interview. Paris, meanwhile, gushed to People, "They're just perfect for each other. They're best friends." She continued, "They're so loyal and they're so in love. They're the ultimate couple. They're like a prince and princess."
