Khloe Kardashian's Gift To Vanessa Bryant Was A Sweet Tribute To Kobe
Vanessa Bryant recently shared in her Instagram Stories, the thoughtful, sweet gift given to her family by friend Khloe Kardashian: a massive gingerbread house with a tribute to Kobe Bryant and their daughter, Gianna (via Entertainment Tonight).
In the video, shared on December 22, 2020, Vanessa is seen showing Khloe's gift to her youngest daughter, Bianka, who is all smiles and can't resist tasting one of the little red gummies from the gingerbread house before the story ends. The highlight of the sentimental confection is the rooftop, where one side shows tiny plaques topped with wreaths and the names of Vanessa and her daughters Bianka, Natalia, and Capri. On the right-side of the roof holds plaques for Kobe and Gianna, with Gianna's reading "Gigi," her nickname (via Daily Mail). Angel wings adorn the plaques for Kobe and Gigi.
Like Bianka, Vanessa can't contain her joy over Khloe's gift, exclaiming in the story, "Khloe, thank you so much, it's beautiful. I love it." Earlier, Vanessa shared another Christmas gift that featured her husband's name on it. In another Instagram Story, Vanessa offered a glimpse of her holiday manicure and on her left ring finger, a new ring that spells out "KOBE" in what looks to be diamonds (via Entertainment Tonight).
Vanessa Bryant gifts the Kardashian-Jenner family with rare sneakers
Vanessa Bryant sent Christmas gifts to the Kardashian-Jenner clan as well, with Kim Kardashian West and Kris Jenner letting everyone know on Instagram (via People). Her gift? An early release of the limited-edition Nike Kobe 6 Protro "Grinch" sneakers. Kris wrote, "OMG thank you @Vanessabryant I'm screaming. Love my Kobe's!!!"
As Us Weekly notes, 2020 will be the first Christmas Vanessa and the girls will spend without Kobe and Gianna. In August, on Kobe's birthday, Vanessa shared a letter she penned to him that read in part, "I love you and miss you more than I can ever explain. I wish you and Gigi were here to celebrate YOU!"
As Vanessa and the Bryant family continue to grieve, being surrounded by family and friends like the Kardashian-Jenner family is surely comforting. In fact, earlier this year, Khloe Kardashian sent Vanessa another thoughtful gift: a huge flower arrangement shaped like two sleeping sheep. Vanessa posted the gift on Instagram and wrote to Khloe, "khloekardashian you're the sweetest! This is AMAZING! Thank you, babe! I [heart] u" (via Daily Mail).
