Here's How Much Lizzo Is Really Worth

If you've spent most of the past year scrolling through TikTok, you've definitely come across Lizzo on your "For You" page. The Grammy-winning singer has not only dominated the music charts, but almost every single TikTok challenge as well. Most recently, she killed the #MileyChallenge where she sang her song "Cuz I Love You" while running on the treadmill (via Self). There's truly nothing Lizzo can't do, which is why she also has an impressive net worth of $10 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

She may seem like an overnight sensation, but Lizzo has actually been working hard in the music industry for years. Her first album, Lizzobangers, came out in 2013, followed by her next album, Big Grrrl Small World in 2015 (via Capital FM). But it was her 2019 album, Cuz I Love You, that helped her rise to superstardom with singles like "Juice", "Truth Hurts", and "Good as Hell" (via Tuko). At the beginning of that year, Lizzo had a $3 million net worth, but it quickly jumped up due to her success.

Lizzo had the best selling album for a female rapper in 2019

2019 truly was Lizzo's year to shine. By the end of the year, the "Good as Hell" singer had surpassed Cardi B and her Invasion of Privacy album by having the highest-selling album by a female rap artist for Cuz I Love You (via The Source). She also took home three Grammy Awards in 2020 for Best Pop Solo Performance for "Truth Hurts," Best Urban Contemporary Album for Cuz I Love You, and Best Traditional R&B Performance for "Jerome" (via Grammy Awards). That was after receiving the most nominations for the Grammys that year.

While the coronavirus pandemic put a bit of a snag in everyone's plans, it hasn't stopped Lizzo from working hard. According to iHeartRadio, singer SZA hinted at a possible new Lizzo song when she tweeted, "Lizzo really jus played me the best song I ever heard in my life I'm crying lmao like really." A fourth studio album hasn't been confirmed just yet, but whatever Lizzo has in store for the world next it's sure to "good as hell."
