Why Fans Think Kourtney Kardashian Is Behind Travis Barker's New Tattoo

While Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker may seem like an odd couple, their relationship actually makes total sense. After all, the pair have been friends for years, and even lived in the same gated community in Calabasas, California. Travis also appeared on multiple episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2017 and 2018 (via Buzzfeed), and Kourtney revealed in a confessional that she and Barker had been tight for years because of their kids. "Our neighbor and friend, Travis Barker, decided to come over because his kids and my kids are really good friends," she said.

In January 2021, the duo vacationed at Kris Jenner's Palm Springs home together, and an insider told Us Weekly that Kourtney and Travis were "officially a couple" and had been dating for a couple months," adding that Travis "is very smitten with Kourtney and has been for a while." After celebrating Valentine's Day together, Kardashian and Barker confirmed their relationship on Instagram, and ever since then, fans have been watching the couple's every move (via People).

On March 25, Barker posted a video to his Instagram that shows the 45-year-old drummer tattooing himself

The Blink-182 musician tattooed the phrase "you're so cool!" on himself, and eagle-eyed fans who have been keeping up with Kourtney and Travis noticed that the tattoo looks like it's in Kourtney's handwriting (via People) — especially considering the fact that Travis shared a picture of a note from the Beverly Ambassador Hotel, a notable location in Barker's favorite movie, True Romance, on his Instagram Story — with the same phrase and handwriting. "You're so cool" is the lead track from the 1993 film, and coincidentally the same three words that fueled the couple's romance rumors back in Jan. after Kardashian posted screenshots from the movie on her Instagram page, and Barker commented with the phrase.

In response to the video of Barker tattooing himself, Kardashian commented, of course, "You're so cool!" which led fans to further believe that Barker's newest ink is a nod to his romance with the Poosh founder. "Is this your handwriting Kourt?" one fan wrote, while another said, "Kourtney wrote that huh" with a string of heart eye and fire emojis at the end of their comment. Another Kravis fan simply wrote, "It's tattoo official," which can (hopefully) only mean one thing: Kravis is in it for the long haul.
