Here's How Much All The Sister Wives Homes Sold For

Much has happened to the Brown family since "Sister Wives" first premiered on TLC in 2010 (via IMDb). America has watched Kody Brown and his wives — Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn — face criticism for their plural marriage and teeter toward divorce. Not to mention that whole catfish incident that totally rocked the family and affected Meri's relationship with Kody. Aside from these very public relationship problems, Sister Wives fans know there is another constant in the reality show's storyline: moving. Specifically, Kody packing up his wives and their 18 children and relocating to states more accepting of the family's lifestyle (via Starcasm).

Since we were first introduced to the Browns in 2010, the family has relocated from Utah to Las Vegas, before moving again in 2019 to Flagstaff, Arizona. Unfortunately, the Browns were unable to offload their four houses prior to packing up and moving to Arizona, causing big-time stress and loads of tension. The Browns revealed on the show that they were "financially ... drowning" (via Distractify) because they were paying for five mortgages. Five!

It took Kody some time and some creative marketing strategies to help lure potential buyers to the four homes located in a gated community in Las Vegas (via Realtor), but eventually, all four homes officially sold.

It took some time, but all of the Sister Wives' houses eventually sold

The "Sister Wives" stars may be dealing with some blows in their personal lives but they've fared pretty well in the real estate arena. And all TLC fans know the Brown family could use a win given the controversies they've faced, which include being kicked out of their church

Robyn's house, which was originally purchased for about $445,000, according to Realtor, was sold first in February 2019 for $603,000. The second to go was Janelle's 4,238-square-foot home. She purchased the home in 2012 for $443,700 and sold it for $575,000 in April 2019 after reducing the price from $649,000 to $574,900. Meri was able to make a profit on her five-bedroom home, which she purchased for $447,017 in 2013. She sold the 3.5-bath property for $574,900. Christine's house sat on the market a little longer. She originally purchased the five-bedroom house for $443,315 in 2012 and was finally able to sell the property after slashing the price five times from its original listing price of $675,000. It eventually sold in September 2019 for $535,000 (via Radar Online).

Selling all those properties means the Browns can at least shake off some of their financial stressors.
