Nick Cannon And Abby De La Rosa Reveal Names Of Newborn Twins
Nick Cannon is now a proud father of six! The actor and his girlfriend Abby De La Rosa recently shared their happy news on Instagram. De La Rosa shared a video of herself cradling the pair's twin boys and wrote, "Welcome to the world Zion Mixolydian Cannon & ZIllion Heir Cannon."
These are the second set of twins that Cannon is dad to, as he and his ex-wife Mariah Carey are mom and dad to Monroe and Moroccan Scott, per People. Cannon is also dad to Powerful Queen Cannon and Golden Cannon. He also reportedly has another child on the way later this year that will be named Zen S. Cannon.
In April, De La Rosa confirmed that her sons were on the way and that Cannon was their father in a separate since-deleted Instagram post. She wrote, "Our dearest sons — my miracle babies, Thank you for choosing me to be your Mommy. I know the Lord has destined me and prepared me for the gift of not one but two little angels."
Nick Cannon will welcome another child later this year
Nick Cannon and model Alyssa Scott are expecting their own child sometime in 2021. Scott is reportedly in the "final days" of her own pregnancy. She has yet to officially confirm that Cannon is her son's father, but has revealed that the baby will carry the Cannon last name. Cannon and Scott were photographed out on a date back in October 2020, so the timing seems to line up.
Scott recently revealed that she's definitely experiencing some pregnancy aches and pains. She shared on Instagram that she's reached the inevitable point of pregnancy where everything just hurts. "I'm finally getting to that uncomfortable state. Everything. aches" (via The Sun).
Cannon also explained in 2019 that he never planned to be in a relationship again but that he definitely wanted more children. "I believe that relationships and marriage are designed to please women. Once I stepped away from my marriage with Mariah, I knew I would never get married again. I knew I'd never be in a relationship again and that I'd never want to be married again. I respect a polyamorous situation."
