Winnie Harlow revealed in her Vogue Beauty Secrets video that she likes to start her makeup routine by enhancing her bushy brows. She began by brushing them up and filling them in with an eyebrow pencil to achieve a fuller look. To finish her brow routine, she took the Becca Ultimate Coverage Concealer and outlined her brows and prepped her eyes for shadow. Next, the supermodel took her KKW x Winnie Eyeshadow Palette and used a light brown shade to cover her eyelids and create a cat-eye shape. Next, she took an orange shade from the Huda Beauty Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette and used it to highlight her crease, and then used a purple shade to cover her lid.
For foundation, Harlow applied a lighter foundation shade to the areas of her face she wanted to brighten and a darker shade to the areas she wanted to contour. After blending out her base, she applied concealer under her eyes and used setting powder to bake her face. She finished her eye look with a set of fake lashes and used the Fenty Beauty Sun Stalk'r Instant Warmth Bronzer to warm up her face. To complete her look, Harlow used a highlighter on her nose and the Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Liner in Foxy Brown to line her lips, with a lip gloss to blend the liner.
