Before Meghan Markle was the Duchess of Sussex, the California native had a fruitful acting career. She starred in an array of film and television roles beginning in the early 2000s, but she's best known for her portrayal of Rachel Zane on the hit show "Suits" (via IMDb). The USA Network series began in 2011, and Markle left the show for good in 2018 ahead of her wedding to Prince Harry, much to the dismay of fans who loved her feisty, independent character.
Though Markle left her acting credentials in the past, fans still enjoy reminiscing about the various roles she played during the course of her career. One of the least talked about, and perhaps most random, is a small part she played in a Robert Pattinson drama way back in 2010. Although Markle and Pattinson only shared a brief scene together, the Duchess of Sussex had glowing things to say about her one-time co-star when asked about her time on the set of this emotional film.

Back in 2010, Meghan Markle briefly appeared in the movie "Remember Me" starring Robert Pattinson and Emilie de Ravin. Markle's character, who is coincidentally named Megan in the film, interacts with Pattinson's character in one scene. Even though their interaction was fleeting, Pattinson apparently made a positive impression on the Duchess of Sussex.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Markle had this to say about her scene partner: "He's a really lovely guy and a really great example to be able to watch someone who is young, whose stardom has really taken over his life in such a huge way, and yet he's still gracious, humble and cool. I think that is really endearing."
Prior to starring in "Remember Me," Pattinson had completed work on two notable film series: He played Edward Cullen in the "Twilight" saga and also appeared in "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" as fan-favorite character Cedric Diggory (via IMDb). It's nice to know that despite this level of established fame, Pattinson was still a kind scene partner when he worked with Markle.
