Christina Haack has led a fascinating, whirlwind life, especially where her private affairs are concerned. She went from one half of an HGTV power couple to the wife of a debonaire British car whiz to the fiancée of a local big-time realtor. It's been quite the ride for Haack, but some of the people most precious to her have come from her unconventional path.
The "Christina On The Coast" star has two children with her first husband, Tarek El Moussa – 11-year-old Taylor and 6-year-old Brayden (per People). Haack also shares 2-year-old son Hudson London with ex-husband Anthony Anstead (per Us Weekly).
It can be chaotic having nine years between your oldest and youngest child, but Haack has managed to make the best out of co-parenting with her exes and enjoying life to herself. Now, she faces the challenge of blending a family yet again as she welcomes current love Joshua Hall into the mix.
Christina Haack's little girl is growing up fast
Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa shocked many of their "Flip Or Flop" fans with news of their breakup in December 2016 after seven years of marriage (per People). During that time, the two welcomed two incredible kiddos, Taylor Reese and Brayden James. While things may have ended on a tense note for the pair, they've found ways to navigate the co-parenting process.
Recently, the co-parents celebrated Taylor's 11th birthday. Haack posted a heartfelt tribute to her oldest on Instagram. "Happy 11 Beautiful Girl. 11 years and we've already had SO many adventures together," she wrote (via Instagram). "Taylor is an old soul who one minute can talk super deep about life and then quickly go back to being a kid. Her greatest ability is being able to start a conversation with anyone, anywhere. Fun, smart, athletic, HAPPY, and always keeping us on our toes. We love you Tay."
Brayden was born shortly before Haack and El Moussa separated
Part of what surprised "Flip Or Flop" fans about the Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa split was that the couple had just welcomed a new bundle of joy. Brayden James El Moussa was born on August 20, 2015 (via People). Haack and El Moussa separated in May 2016, making it publicly known that December, per Country Living.
Recently, Haack celebrated Brayden's 6th birthday and reflected on her love for her little boy. "Happy 6 Brayden!! So feisty and full of life," she captioned a series of photos (via Instagram). "I hope he always stays authentic, camera shy and always smiling!! I love being his mama! Raising my kids to be hard workers who respect everyone and are kind is my biggest life goal. I love you sweet boy."
For years, Brayden got the pleasure of being the only little guy in Haack's life. Now, Brayden is enjoying showing baby brother Hudson London the ropes.
Haack's second try at marriage led to another baby boy
The romance between Christina Haack and Ant Anstead was a whirlwind. Haack met Anstead in 2017 and by late 2018, the two had gotten married (per ET). On September 6, 2019, the couple welcomed Hudson London Anstead.
Sadly, things between Haack and Anstead didn't work out. The two split after less than two years of marriage, but they've made co-parenting Hudson their primary focus. In November 2020, Haack filed for joint legal and physical custody (per People). Haack and Anstead now share 50/50 custody of Hudson, which Haack had to remind fans about when one criticized her for sharing photos of outings with her big kids more. "Just because I don't post my every move of course [I am] shamed for it — we have 50/50 custody. Hudson is a busy boy and I like to stay off my phone mostly with the kids," Haack replied to the fan. "This was a busy trip and a toddler couldn't have enjoyed it with naps etc. But thank you for your concern. He's happy and well taken care of."
Haack may seem like a breezy California girl but when it comes to her kids, she's one fierce mama bear.
