Jenna Bush Hager Just Shared Exciting News About Her Twin Sister

"Today" host Jenna Bush Hager is one proud auntie! The daughter of former president George W. Bush has shared the very first photos of her niece, the first child of her twin sister, Barbara (via People).

The baby's birth actually came as a surprise to fans of Bush Hager and her family, with Barbara and her husband, Craig Coyne, welcoming Cora Georgia without the world even knowing the 39-year-old was expecting. It was only after the former commander in chief shared the news in a statement that we found out Barbara gave birth in Maine to a healthy baby girl (via WMTW).

Now, her aunt, a mom of three herself, is sharing her joy over the birth in a new Instagram post (via Closer Weekly). "Dearest Cora Georgia," Bush Hager captioned an adorable photo of herself with her twin and the new arrival.

"Today is the day I got to meet my most beautiful, precious, feisty, niece (a bit earlier than we expected!)," the TV personality went on to write. "I witnessed in awe as my dearest, toughest @barbara.p.bush became a mama. And today is the day I fell in love! Some cousins are anxiously waiting to play with you, but not just yet love. Xx auntie j."

Star friends express true happiness over Jenna Bush Hager's share

In her emotional Instagram post, Bush Hager also shared three other revealing shots in a carousel of images, including two of her holding Cora, and one of the new parents, clearly feeling very overcome, while cuddling with their daughter for the first time. Cora has tubes in her nose, likely since as Bush Hager shared, she was born early.

Celebrity friends piled into the comments section of the post to share their warm wishes for the new parents, with Brooklyn Decker writing, "This is magical!!!" Bush Hager's "Today" colleague Savannah Guthrie enthused, "Can't take it. Welcome to planet earth, CGC!" And Sara Haines from "The View" said, "Congratulations @barbara.p.bush!!!! You did it! So happy for all of you as you add this little angel to the family" (via People).

Even NBC's Dylan Dreyer had a moment to wish the new family of three congratulations — which is impressive considering she too just gave birth, and early, taking to her Instagram Tuesday to share her water broke at just 34 weeks. Today shared Wednesday that her son Russell had officially arrived.
