Here's What Liberty From Love Island Is Doing Now

There's no blueprint for how to do well on "Love Island." It helps if you're coupled up with another contestant who is equally likable. A big personality never goes amiss, and being coupled up from the very beginning tends to help.

It seemed like Jake Cornish and Liberty Poole had the final in the bag. However, they shocked viewers when they decided to leave the show after breaking up just days before the final, per Sky. However, as dramatic as the separation was, Poole told the Mirror that the two are still civil. "I don't keep in contact with him every day anymore, obviously we're exes," she said. "We're friends, no bad blood. Hopefully, he's alright but I'm not too sure."

Poole attended the "Love Island" reunion while Cornish didn't. However, she has made clear that she won't be going back to him, and she's not focused on her love life anymore. "I'm just focusing on me at the moment," she told OK!. "I'm just focusing on myself, I think that's the right thing to do — getting over whatever happened, and then who knows in the future."

She may not have walked away with the prize money, but she may have come out of Season 7 as the real winner. Here's what Poole has been up to since "Love Island."

Liberty Poole from 'Love Island' UK has landed a massive clothing deal

One of the most successful contestants to come from "Love Island" is Molly-Mae Hague from Season 5, details the Independent. The influencer has made millions while working with clothing company PrettyLittleThing and has even gone on to be named their creative director.

And it would seem that Liberty Poole is following in the footsteps of Hague and many islanders who have gone before her. She's already accumulated a massive 1.5 million followers on Instagram, and she also announced that she'll be working exclusively with fashion retailer In The Style.

"Such a pinch-me moment! I am SO excited to announce I'm working exclusively with @inthestyle I've always loved In The Style and what they stand for with empowering women and being so inclusive, so I'm really excited to be working with the whole ITS team over the next few months," she wrote on Instagram. "I'm going to be bringing you lots of fun content over the coming weeks whilst also CREATING MY OWN COLLECTION. I want to make sure everything I do is true to me and hopefully makes you all feel more confident IN THE STYLE you wear!"
