Experience

Alice has worked as a freelance writer and broadcaster for five years. She started writing for a book blog and YouTube channel before working with the BBC and Bustle UK. She loves covering sex and relationships, health and wellness, and reality TV. She's also passionate about opening up conversations surrounding sex education, consent, and relationships. Alongside writing for The List and Bustle, she covers reproductive, menstrual, and mental health for Forbes. She's also written for HuffPost, Metro, Independent, and Restless Network. She studied Sociology and Social Policy with a particular focus on the experience of LGBTQ+ students at the University of Sheffield, before getting her masters in Journalism. She started writing for The List in 2021 and covers TV news, the royals, health, and skincare. She thinks every situation is made better when you talk about it (preferably over a cup of coffee.)

Education

She received a BA in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of Sheffield. During her studies she focused on the experience of LGBTQ+ students and sexism on campus. She then went on to complete a Masters in Journalism.
