Why Bold And The Beautiful Fans Don't Want To See Steffy Pregnant Again

On "The Bold and the Beautiful," it seems all Steffy Forrester has done the last few years is have babies and that's because actress Jacqueline MacInnes Wood's two close together pregnancies were written into the storyline. Now Wood, who has one son named Rise born in 2019, and another son named Lenix born in 2021, is pregnant for a third time.

The actress broke the news to People in November by saying, "I am excited to announce that I am pregnant with my third child, due this spring. Elan and I dreamed of having a large family as we are both only children and are over the moon that our dreams are coming true."

On-screen, Wood's first two pregnancies resulted in Steffy giving birth to Liam Spencer's (Scott Clifton) daughter, Kelly, and Thomas Finnegan's (Tanner Novlan) son, Hayes. With Wood pregnant again, would "The Bold and the Beautiful" really write in another pregnancy for Steffy when she just had a dramatic water birth six months ago, according to TV Insider? Would fans even want this?

"The Bold and the Beautiful" fans are not ready for a third baby for Steffy

When the official "The Bold and the Beautiful" Twitter account tweeted the news of Jacqueline MacInnes Wood's pregnancy on November 19, fans were happy for her. However, they also admitted that Steffy doesn't need to have another child just because the actress who portrays her is pregnant.

"I'm happy for Jacqueline and her husband, but I truly hope [Executive Producer Bradley Bell] doesn't include her pregnancy into the soap again. Steffy already has two children to look after, she doesn't need a third child," one fan said (via Twitter).

Another fan on Twitter would like to see Steffy pregnant again, but only under one condition: "I'm happy for them, wonderful family but I hope they don't get Steffy pregnant again except if it's Bill's," referring to Steffy's ex-flame and ex-father-in-law Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).

Yet another fan just doesn't want another paternity puzzle for Steffy, who always seems to need to get DNA tests for her children to figure out who fathered them. "Oh gawd who will be daddy this time? Maybe Finn's dad?" the fan wrote (via Twitter).

Whether the soap writes another pregnancy into the story remains to be seen. If the writers choose not to, expect to see Steffy holding big purses, wearing big coats, and standing behind potted plants, the most common soap methods for hiding an actress' pregnancy on screen.
