The NBA player allegedly cheated on the Good American founder yet again in 2021 and fathered a child with a woman named Maralee Nichols. On January 3, 2022, Thompson made a statement about the situation, confirming that he is the father of Nichols' child, per People Magazine. "Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son," he wrote. "I sincerely apologize to everyone I've hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately," he wrote.
Thompson also addressed Kardashian personally and offered a public apology on Instagram (via People Magazine). "Khloé, you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you," he stated. "You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry." Now, sources are revealing how Kardashian is doing amid all of the continued drama with Thompson.

Entertainment Tonight reports that Khloé Kardashian is doing everything she can to keep herself happy and healthy as she deals with the news that her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson fathered a child with another woman while they were dating. Sources tell the outlet that the former "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star "has been doing her best to stay positive, take care of herself both mentally and physically, and continue to focus on her biggest priority, True."
As for Kardashian's current relationship with Thompson, things aren't good. The two are in communication but are said to only be speaking about issues regarding their daughter. "Khloe and Tristan are in touch about logistical things and about what's going on with True," the source said, adding, "and that's really the focus when they're communicating. He has been apologetic and attempting to make things better."
